Sync not working

Hi,

Sync of products is not working on our site any more.

Have no idea what happened or when it happened. Just realised it as some prices were not correct on Meta and some new products were not synced.

It has been working before. Our catalog is on Meta. It is just not updated any more. Even when forcing a sync in the plugin.

In Meta it just gives me this. It’s in danish but it basically says “Unknown error (89 products affected)” and “Something went wrong” Not really helpful. We don’t get any errors in Woocommerce. Just no sync.

All plugins and everything else is up to date on our site. I have tried resetting the connection multiple times and turned off other plugins systematically but to no avail.

Can You please help me troubleshoot?

No feed received

Even though the source of feed is validated, no feed is fetched even after force fetching.

The same rss feed shows posts if used with other plugins. I am using WordPress 5.7, please help.

Edit: An arising issue got fixed quickly by the developers. Very responsive and helpful support.

I installed the plugin last week. Looked and worked great.
Today I followed the update notification, latest version is 0.4, which broke the feed. No images are displayed anymore.

I can’t add an Instagram feed

I can not add an Instagram feed.
If I click the “add” button it just becomes gray and the feed is not added.

Also if I click the “update” button nothing really happens.

Feed has no items.

After following your video tutorial and inserting the shortcodes, we are still getting this error that Feed has no items.

We have used the following shortcodes:

Can you please help us this regard?

I’ve installed this plugin but some browsers a not displaying the plugin because it’s being identified as a “tracker.” Is there a way to ensure all browsers, regardless of their settings, will automatically display the feed via the plugin?

Plugin Blocked?

I’m using this plugin on my page, however, depending on the user’s browser and settings, often the plugin is “blocked” or unable to display. If the display settings of the browser are adjusted, the plugin will display but most users won’t go to that extent to fix the issue. Is there a way to make this plugin always recognized and displayed by all browsers automatically?

Feed No longer appearing

HI, ever since I upgraded my wordpress to latest version today, the instagram feed no longer appears.

I receive on the front end “There is no media in this feed”

On the back-end inside your wordpress plugin, I cannot save after editing the feed. Also when I click the feed the instagram username field also disappears.

I reset my token to be on the safe side but still the same problem. I have added the screenshots to highlight my issue. Your plugin has been working perfectly until today.

Please can you assist? Thank you
