No button visible (Avada Theme Builder and ACF Editor)

Avada Theme Builder is active on my website, as is ACF Pro, whose WYSIWYG editors I use, and no icon is visible. When I move the mouse over the area where the button is, an empty frame is visible and the button itself works.

Any idea how I can make the icon visible?

Have read here that there are partial problems with other themes/plugins.

But I can’t disable ATB or ACF.

Having set up the plugin the toggle button doesn’t display any icon? it’s just a blank box? Changed up a few of the styling settings but no change, any ideas?

I’m using the WordPress theme Twenty Twenty version 1.4. The Accessibility Toolbar works, but the blue button is very small and does not display a wheelchair icon or any icon whatsoever. I’m guessing that the CSS for the button is somehow entangled with the CSS for my theme.

Hide/No Icon Add-On Bug

When we use this add on it does remove the icon, but it makes the circle too small and then off-center on the vertical line.

Not sure if it does this only when you use the one column add-on (like we are using) or in the regular layout as well.

For now I stuck some icons back in. I suppose I could color the icons the smae color as the background if forced to.

No icon after install

After I install the plugin I see no icon to add the countdown. I have tinymce installed but there is no icon of the countdown. How do I fix it?

ModSecurity and dissapearing icons after latest update

Follow up to: OK, one thing that I’ve noticed since the update… ModSecurity was firing and blocking my IP to sites that I’ve applied this latest update. If I switch off ModSecurity, then after clearing the cache all is fine and my icons display perfectly. Obviously though this is not really a solution as we would all rather have ModSecurity on (as it was before update and worked fine).

Sites that don’t have this particular plugin appear fine and do not lock me out, all that do have Simple Social Icons installed and I’ve updated I get locked out. To test this further I disabled Simple Social Icons on a site I was having issues with and I don’t get locked out. If I re-eneable Simple Social Icons and switch ModSecurity off I can see the icons after clearing the cache. If I switch ModSecurity back on again and clear the cache two things happen, I just get a ‘box’ instead of an icon and I keep getting locked out by ModSecurity.

I’ve checked with my webhosting co and they can’t supply me with any further info? Could I safely go back to an earlier version of Simply Social Icons?

Next Gen Gallery icon disappeared

I just wanted to add another Next Gen Gallery to my website, but I noticed the green icon in the sidebar of the admin panel completely vanished. I have another website on a subdomain that uses the exact same theme, version of WP and version of Next Gen and it still works on that website. All existing galleries still work, I just can’t add new ones because I cannot get to the settings. I already tried deactivating and even installing other plugins, that didn’t help. What could be the issue?

Changed Server and Now NextGen Gallary doesn't work

After I had my hosting service provider move my site to a better server the NextGen Gallary plugin isn’t working. This is the error that I’m getting when trying to upload an image.

You browser doesn’t have Flash, Silverlight, HTML5, or HTML4 support.

Import Folder

Select a folder to import. The folder name will be used as the title of the gallery.

Also, there is no NextGEN icon on the ribbon when editing posts and I can’t edit old NextGen galleries. I can go into Manage Galleries, but all other pages, except for the Add Gallery / Image, loads a blank screen (e.g. Other Options, Gallery Settings, etc.)

I have checked the folder permissions, deleted the plugin and redownloaded and activited and I still get the error from above. I’m using the most up-to-date browser (Chrome Version 39.0.2171.99 m), Photocrati NextGEN version 2.0.79, Photocrati NextGEN Plus version 1.1.13 and WordPress 4.1.1. I haven’t tried to re-install WordPress 4.1.1, but thought I’d ask the community to see if anyone else can help.

I’m having my hosting company look at a few things to help with the issue, but if anyone else has a solution for me that would be great!

Not giving option for user to use Embedly Plugin

We are using the embedly plugin, but the embedly icon is not appearing in the edit post area for an editor role.

I have tried to add the user capability to the admin area, but no luck.

Can you assist, please?
