Pages need to be refreshed

I have PRO version (1.4.6), when I browse through the various folders in the File Browser section it says ‘There are no items here.’ and I have to click on the refresh icon to bring up the files.
When I change to the next page (example paging 2) I refresh and it always shows me the first page.
Even in the shortcode there is the same problem.

Dear all,

I do not understand the issue and it seems, many others have the same problem (but not all?): I have an “old” zotpress installation at WP that worked totally fine with the searchbar (searching in items). For any reasons and I don’t know since when, the the search bar only answers “No items found”. But both in the backend and in the frontend (e.g. showing the most recent items in the database) the connection to Zotero works. I have changed nothing in the controlls. – The issue of this page came to our attention because we planed to install zotpress for a further webpage (with other data), so even this new installation does not work. Both platforms use zotpress 7.3.7.

Do you have any recommendations what I could try?

“No items matching your description” on translated page – Polylang

I have the same issue as a user on a closed thread an I’m thinking the issue s/he had was also related to a plug-in I use (polylang): https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/no-items-showing-up/#post-14284701

Display of VP works fine in the english front end, however the plugin POLYLANG will display “no items were found matching your description” in the translated page in German.

Disabling the “polylang” plug-in by WP SYNTEX solves the issue for the German version of the page and VP displays fine. However this also disables all of the multilingual website content. I would appreciate any tips about a work-around or a fix for the issue.

Personally I wouldn’t mind, if the portfolio was only in one language, but maybe there is an easy fix to the problem for other users too?

Still 0 items on FB after sync

I’ve just successfully set up the itegration connection, but no items were added after doing a manual “Sync products” button (no errors). I’ve verified all steps on the support page (Products are not displaying in Facebook shop). There’s one catalog, no out-of-stock products, no virtual products, no product sets. Still not working after 4h of trying to find out why.

Additionally, I can’t find the Facebook tab on the “edit product” page.

I am trying to add new pages to a menu, but no pages appears under “Appearance” “Menus” “Add Menu Items” “Pages”
I have read the other forums and someone ells also had this issue but nowhere is a solution listed for the problem.
I am brand new to wordpress and I am finding it very challenging.

Delete folders

Recently one accidentaly deleted a folder from FileBird in the media library. Usually the images should go to the “folder” uncategorized, but instead the images got lost -meaning that the images did not go to the uncategorized folder (but they are still in the real folder “uploads” obviously, but I can’t see where the images are, only by searching in the search field) and the uncategorized folder always shows one item less (so when it is empty, it shows -1).

So where did the images go after the deletion and why is the folder uncategorized folder showing -1 when it is empty?

Images not loading

Since last night I have a problem when I want to insert an image into a page or set background image. It simply says “No items found”. However, when I go to the dashboard and enter “Media”, all files are there. So, the files are there and they can be seen in “Media”, but when I need to choose one of them through Set background image or Insert image, the box says “no items found”.
Please help.

Shopping cart not showing items purchased

Several customers have noted that when they put items in the cart, the product page says that the item has been added, but nothing shows up in the cart. Also, there is no way to get directly to the cart from the product page. I’m using an Origami theme, so I don’t know if it’s a theme related issue or what. It doesn’t happen all of the time, and if you wait a while then the items do show up, but that’s costing me sales and frustrating my customers. Would appreciate any help you have.
