The content box on the New Post page isnt letting me enter any content and doesnt have any of the rich editing tools on display to interact with either, ive tried re-installing wordpress going back to twenty ten/twelve theme ive tried re-uploading wp-admin and includes folder. ive deactivated all my plugins and tried almost everything, i dont know what todo im at abit of a loose end with it all. https://samsblog.info

Can't Write or Edit Posts!

I just switched from .com to .org and was able to transfer everything successfully. I tried to edit a couple of the posts that were transferred but when I opened the post up in the edit window it was only blank. I thought maybe it had something to do with that they were transferred. I just attempted to add a new post and I was able to add the title but I can’t even click to put the cursor onto the body field! Also, the task buttons above the post body field are not there except for the add media button, which also does not work. I can click on the button and upload an image but it does not show up in the post body box. Any help would be very much appreciated.

Hello,
I help administer a gig review site called https://www.gigjunkies.com and I’ve got a weird one today!

My colleague Daron has already created a thread, and a few days later (today) I’ve amended it by adding my photos, an Excerpt, some tags “like “Imelda May” and appending a few existing Categories like “Pop”.

However, once I file my changes, all that remains from my changes are the main thread modifications, including the Excerpt changes, however, the Tags and Categories have all vanished leaving our poor thread look decidedly threadbare! ;o) You can see the problem on the homepage https://www.gigjunkies.com and on the post itself https://www.gigjunkies.com/band-reviews/imelda-may-the-toy-hearts-the-hmv-institute-birmingham-uk-8-february-2011/

Interestingly, I’ve just tried to add a fresh new thread named “Test1 testing no tags and no categories” and after clicking “Save Draft”, and looking back at my WordPress dashboard, shows no new thread!

I’m using the Futurosity theme by Upstart Blogger for my page https://www.spur-line.com/ and though posts will display on the home page using different themes, they will not in Futurosity.

What is the problem?

Update section of upgrade fails

I was upgrading to wordpress 2.7 and i backed up, updated the files on the server then went to upgrade.php
It failed. So I reuploaded the old files. Blog was back to normal and tried the upgrade again. Again upgrade failed. So this time I deleted everything on the server, rolled back to the orginal state, confirmed it and ran the update again. Again it failed

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

What do I do?
