You left me no choice except to bring this issue here on public place, We are premium user on your website https://dclwp.com/ and have purchased a business license and I have raised the below mentioned issue with you in an email conversation and the last reply from your side was:
Hey Bilal,
Yes, I understand and sorry for that. I am getting in touch with the Disqus team to debug this. I am using the exact same implementation as the Disqus official plugin. But the issue seems to only happening with lazy loading. Until I find a quick solution, can you please install and official Disqus plugin so that the comments won’t be lost?

After that I have tried to reach you out multiple times but it’s a big shame that you’re not providing proper solution to your premium users neither you’re replying back.
We are having issues with your plugin on our websites?xeroshoes.com?and?xeroshoes.eu
Issue details:
We had a detailed conversation with DISQUS team and what they said is in the screenshot below, check the link.

For now, I am going to leave 1 star review on all platforms for your services and products unless you resolve the issue or clearly give me the answer whether you’re able to resolve the issue or not.
]]>Sadly until this date we have nor received any customization neither any refunds, they do no longer reply.
I can only come to the conclusion that they are a scam.
]]>I look and I look and all I find is obsolete info, much of it presented as if it’s timeless (no date). (For example, wordpress.com/support/press-this/. How is that allowed to keep saying obsolete info?)
I looked in the Chrome Webstore for extensions similar to Press This. No luck.
If not only the core / bookmarklet Press This is deprecated, but also the plugin is abandoned, what should we use?
]]>To begin with I sent an email through your website.
When I had no reply to that I tried faceBook Messenger
This is my third, and final attempt.
Unless I hear from you by the end of this week I will contact WordPress to flag this disreputable conduct as a possible SCAM.
Most disappointing!
]]>There are solutions out there with better support and that function as expected.
Don’t waste your time.
]]>I’ve been through what feels like every admin page on WordPress but I can’t find any reference to the link/header button, let alone any way to remove it. I’ve seen various posts on the support forums for ways to remove the home button or navigation bar, but I haven’t found any reference to someone having a problem similar to mine. I haven’t got any experience with CSS so if the solution to my issue is something that requires a little bit of coding please explain where/how to make the changes.
If it would help for y’all to be able to see the website, the url is cowan-farms.com
Any help y’all can give me is greatly appreciated!
]]>I’m using WP 4.3 at https://www.cenobyte.ca
I have installed Theme Twenty Fifteen, and have confirmed that the following code appears under the div main area:
<?php
// Start the loop.
while ( have_posts() ) : the_post();// Include the page content template.
get_template_part( ‘content’, ‘page’ );// If comments are open or we have at least one comment, load up the comment template.
if ( comments_open() || get_comments_number() ) :
comments_template();
endif;// End the loop.
endwhile;
?>
on both the page.php and single.php
Yet none of my posts have accessible comment boxes nor reply boxes.
I have checked that comments are open (they are) and that the comments are not set to automatically close after X days (they are not). I have run the SQL query that ensures comments are open on my WP SQL database installation at PHPMyAdmin.
Previous to today, comments were working brilliantly! I had some problems with Jetpack Publicize, but we fixed those (there was a problem with the G+ WordPress Plugin).
Please help!

]]>I’m wondering how the forum works, and I’m guessing the support is provided by volunteers, same as for WP.com.
I asked a question 5 days ago, and getting no response, I’m not sure how to get support with it.
I notice that there are many forum posts requesting help that are not answered.
Bluehost says the problem is not from their end and I must ask at WP.org support
My support post is below. Perhaps you can suggest a better approach so that I get a response?
Many thanks,
Wendy
I had paid to have some custom fonts on my site when it was hosted at WordPress.com.
Now I have migrated my site and am using workpress.org, v. 4.1, but the fonts don’t get migrated.
What would be the simplest way to restore the fonts I had before?
I was using:
FF Market in my title & subtitle
Museo for headings
Proxima Nova for body text
My theme is Twenty-Eleven, no modifications.
I’d love some help in navigating the maze of plugins, font sites like typekit & fontspring, plans for purchasing fonts, etc. It was so easy to choose new fonts on wordpress.com where all that was done for me!
I’m trying not to get into CSS, but will tackle it if I need to.
]]>On all of my sub pages, like: https://fixinthatup.com/blogger/a-new-page-for-everyone/
If me or anyone else presses reply under a comment the box for commenting will appear but you can not type in the box and once you have clicked reply there you can not reply at the bottom of the screen in that reply box either?
This is driving everyone nuts and me because I keep having to hear about it lol.. Also in the comment box at the bottom of the page there is an asterisk “*” in the box that has to be deleted or it’ll be in their post…
Any advice at all will be greatly appreciated and never forgotten! Thanks everyone so much again for any help that you can give!
