My Ditty NewsTicker is not scrolling at all. I can’t see any text and it is just a red bar. Can you help me fix this? It’s been working great for the last few weeks up until now. My site is not yet live let me know if it needs to be live for you to help.

Popup not working on Sydney 1.77 theme

Hi there,
Congrats for a very useful plugin! We have been using it successfully in our site.
However during our last theme upgrade (we are using Sydney 1.77) the plugin stopped working.

For reference I have tried a fresh local install of sydney theme 1.77 (https://athemes.com/theme/sydney/#athemes-free-download) and it is not working either. So there must have been some kind of conflict created.

We have disabled the plugin on our page for the time being because it leaves the overlay invisible and you can not scroll down the home page.

The issue can directly be reproduced using a default install of the free sydney theme and popup plugin.

Improve Success message after voting

Hello, I’m testing the YOP Pro features and I noticed that once the survey is filled and the button Submit is pressed, the confirmation message appears in a non logical position (at the top) instead of at the bottom at the current viewport position (for example immediately below the button). The Submit button seems to have an anchor pointing to top-page, so the page scroll at the beginning, which I do not want. Ideally the confirmation message should appear in the center in a popup layer, not above as a text. I can see no way to change this behavior in the interface. I also tried to set a “Redirect after vote” page, this works, but still before the redirection the main page is scrolled to top hiding the confirmation message in the survey section. How can this be solved? Thank you

Can’t scroll after exiting the cookie solution preferences window

After updating to the newest version of Iubenda, I see that when I’m exiting the cookie solution preferences window (which opens with a link in the footer) both mobile and desktop pages get stuck and therefore I’m unable to scroll up or down in the page.

I was updating plugins when I noticed LayerSlider WP was not up to date. Seeing that it had not been used, I deleted the plugin. (This site is a company site I was put in charge of designing so I did not create it originally) After that, the site pages acted up. I reinstalled the plugin and it’s showing me it’s on the latest version, but the pages are still not fixed. The pages scroll fine on the mobile.

Hi, I have checked in Chrome, Firefox, IE, and Edge and my social feeds page no longer scrolls on any of them.
After reviewing similar issues on the forum, I already deactivated animation which didn’t help at all.
It works fine on mobile – but on PC it will not allow a user to scroll to see the feed.
Please advise.

Hi,

For some reason I need to choose “Prevent other scripts from handling plugin’s links (if possible)” in advanced settings to get the plugin to work. I have used a[href*=#section-]:not([href=#]) to get the plugin to only target the links I am interested in but it will still only worked with the setting mentioned enabled. Would be nice to have a resolution to this if possible…

As an aside would be interested in understanding how to do left right scrolling as well as up down scrolling.

GDPR removes scroll bar from all website pages

Hi guys,

I just noticed an issue with the GDPR plugin. It detects all the webpages with no-scroll (removing the side scroll bar entirely), which causes an issue where the user of a desktop/laptop browser, such as Mozilla Firefox, won’t be able to scroll through longer pages.

Hi,
I’m making a web-page that needs to be full screen without any scrolling.
It’s for a photographer, so she wants her images to be displayed on the page as a slideshow with the menu and possibly top-bar and footer overlaid.This website is the example of what she wants, but nicer: https://www.thomaspeschak.com/
However, I want to be able to keep the other pages normal.
Am I able to do this through just placing in a slider from a plugin, or do I need to add CSS code for 100%vh, and where would I add this?
