No Date Being Displayed in Checkout

Hello – I have installed the Orderable plugin to have customers pickup dates on checkout. We are a cafe and open have specific open times and the goal is to allow customers to select a date to pick up their custom order. We were using a simple date picker and putting it into a form using “WooCommerce Custom Product Addons Free” but are trying your Orderable plugin as a better alternative.

The checkout never shows any date to select, no matter what I do. I have the location setup properly and pickup is checked. Everything looks good but the checkout never displays a date picker. I have looked through all the online documentation, but I do not see anything that could be causing this.

The website was built using Kadence and I have disabled all the other extra plugins to try and troubleshoot this issue. Please let me know what may be going wrong here. Thanks! Dennis

You Have No Reviews with Free if no commnets in last 10 reviews

On the free version if you select ‘Only Show Reviews With Comments’ and the last 10 reviews are stars only then the widget will say you have no reviews and not work at all, it will ignore previous commented reviews even if there are loads, it will only go by the last 10 even if they don’t have comments, hence the No Reviews if people only left Stars

ideally if you select ‘Only Show Reviews With Comments’ it should pull the last 10 reviews with comments not just the last 10 blank reviews

Plugin doesn’t work as described

Backups are interrupted or are failing completely.
The support team does not respond at all and if they do, the answers are only of a general nature and do not address the problem at all. The refund of the $69 for the 1-year Professional Plan has also not been made despite several reminders. I have therefore opened a case with PayPal. The whole package from this company is not worth the money. There are plugins on the market which are workin without any issues.

Nothing but tons of spam submissions with no way to stop it.

This plugin would be perfect if it has any sort of defense to it whatsoever. It does not. It worked fine for a while and then suddenly we started getting completely inundated with spam submissions.

There is no way to stop it. You can’t add reCAPTCHA or anything to the form at all, so we had to deactivate it and look for another solution.

Update: 2.1.2 Fixed my issue, Plugin Works as expected

Since Version 2.0.0 or Solid Mail rebranding, I have no UI visible anymore and cannot see any Logs or change any settings. Plugin still works tho, but not being able to view Logs and change Settings is not good. Very bad update I must say!!

Revised: Finally got an update and the fix was in the latest version. Thank you very much!
A periodic update would have been very helpful for managing expectations, but the fact that you fixed it at all is fantastic. Your diligence is much appreciated!

I’ve been waiting for an update or direction for three weeks and they just keep dragging their feet. The plugin is great when it works, but support seems nonexistent.

Doesn’t show any data although the website has more than 90.000 klicks per month. On several other websites the autentication fails without any explanation. No support. Crap.
