Possible error in nomination check code

We were having issues with the nomination system on the site. Users who have submitted nominations for badges were unable to receive nominations for the same badge. I was able to fix the problem by modifying
line 1009 of /includes/submission-actions.php

Double Nomination Forms

Hi. I am running BadgeOS 1.4.2. I am using nominations for some of the badges in our learning community. I found that once a nomination is made, then approved with a comment, the nomination appears to that same user with two nominations forms, one showing the comment and approval with a form to nominate again and another nomination form on top of that one. This will confuse users — wondering if you are aware of this glitch and if there is a fix?

BadgeOS nominations works randomly

I have a quest which can be earned by nomination. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. I have not been able to find a pattern yet.
When it works the user receives the “Nomination saved successfully” message.

I have WP 3.9, BP 2.0.1 and BadgeOS 1.3.5

any idea? Thanks!

Need a pretty serious nomintation and voting plugin created

Hi,

I am looking for someone to take on a the project of creating a plugin for my blog. This February my blog will be hosting a blog of the year awards for lesbian bloggers. If you’re anti-lesbian please feel free to stop reading now.

I was working with someone who said he was going to make me a wordpress plug in. Basically I need something a bit more advance than the current available plugins.

I need something that will calculate nominations. Adding up the top five nominated blogs in 9 different categories. I would also like to incorporate some screen shots of the nominated blogs for the final voting.

If you are interested please contact me at [email protected] I have some graphics of what I would like the plug in to incorporate. I am willing to pay, but please remember that the blog is not much of a money maker.

The contest starts in February so I’m thinking we would need to get a start on this ASAP.
