]]>My License is valid when I check it on your page.
I noticed that this problem also occurs for ones with the Plus Package… but where can I put the license if i get the red flash???
I have also tried to downgrade to 5.5.1, but then there are no updates available for the complete package.
As suggested in the other post:
“– I overwrote my 5.6.1.1 version with the previous one (5.6.1)
– Then, the “Update” plus package button reappeared
– I did the update of the plus package (to 3.8.5)
– Then, I was able to update correctly the main plugin to 5.6.1.1”
Tried, but this solution doesn’t work when downgrading to 5.5.1.
]]>“Hi,
I can See the #JQMIGRATE error on your console
on your site.
This error usually occurs when we upgrade the WordPress
version 4.5 and Jquery version has been upgraded to
from v1.2.1 to v1.4.0 for this error.
So, You have to check that the JQuery in your Theme has also been to
same version or upgrade it.
Snehal”
Any idea?
]]>I have followed the guides at https://blog.nintechnet.com/upgrading-to-php-7-with-ninjafirewall-installed/ and https://blog.nintechnet.com/troubleshoot-ninjafirewall-installation-problems/.
To verify I have tried both php.ini and .user.ini, along with Apache CGI/FastCGI and Apache + suPHP.
I have manually added the auto_prepend_file to .htaccess.
<IfModule mod_php7.c>
php_value auto_prepend_file /home/xxxx/public_html/wp-content/plugins/ninjafirewall/lib/firewall.php
</IfModule>
And “auto_prepend_file = /home/xxxx/public_html/wp-content/nfwlog/ninjafirewall.php” has also been added to automatically to the .user.ini file.
Here is the output from Ninjacheck.php
HTTP server: Apache
PHP version: 7.1.4
PHP SAPI: FPM-FCGI
auto_prepend_file: /home/xxxx/public_html/wp-content/nfwlog/ninjafirewall.php
NinjaFirewall detection:NinjaFirewall WP Edition is loaded (Full WAF mode)
Loaded INI file: /opt/cpanel/ea-php71/root/etc/php.ini
user_ini.filename: .user.ini
user_ini.cache_ttl: 300 seconds
User PHP INI: .user.ini found –
DOCUMENT_ROOT: /home/xxxx/public_html
wp-config.php: found in /home/xxxx/public_html/wp-config.php
ABSPATH : /home/xxxx/public_html/
WordPress version: 4.7.3
WP_CONTENT_DIR: /home/xxxx/public_html/wp-content
Plugins directory: /home/xxxx/public_html/wp-content/plugins
User Role: Administrator
Log dir permissions: /home/xxxx/public_html/wp-content/nfwlog dir is writable
Cache dir permissions: /home/xxxx/public_html/wp-content/nfwlog/cache dir is writable
Don’t know if this is specifically to do with Multisite or not, as we have PHP7 enabled on another standalone site without issues.
Appreciate any help.
Thanks

NinjaFirewall (WP edition) troubleshooter
HTTP server : Apache
PHP version : 5.4.45
PHP SAPI : CGI-FCGI
auto_prepend_file : none
NinjaFirewall detection : NinjaFirewall is not loaded
Loaded INI file : /opt/alt/php54/etc/php.ini

user_ini.cache_ttl : 300 seconds
User PHP INI : none found

WP_CONTENT_DIR : /home/xmodrjgy/public_html/wp-content

I’ve waited a lot of time more than five minutes, but without any better result. I’ve tried both with/without php.ini and user.ini; if I try with php.ini result is that Ninjafirewall’s control panel hangs on “enought chitchat,let’s go” and it’s not possible to go on; it’s only possible go on with user.ini, but it seems then that firewall is not loaded.
On namechep’s assistance page https://www.namecheap.com/support/knowledgebase/article.aspx/9310/2219/suphp-directive-for-phpini-on-shared-servers
there is this guide:
SuPHP directive for php.ini on shared servers
SuPHP (Single user PHP) is a php handler, which executes PHP scripts with the permissions of their owners. It is installed on all our shared servers. Using this option, you can make settings from the chosen php.ini file global for the entire account.
If php.ini is located in public_html folder, to enable it globally for the hosting account you should add the following configuration directive to .htaccess file:
<IfModule mod_suphp.c>
suPHP_ConfigPath /home/USER/public_html
</IfModule>
