The plugin is good but, it’s not working properly on my website. It is showing correctly in the WordPress backend but not in the frontend.. you can check it by yourself.
Both Lottie and SVG are not working currently I have set it to SVG still not loading correctly. let me know what is the problem.. how to solve this…

My site is not loading properly on smartphones or mobile devices. What i mean is that on the desktop it’s the navigation menu on the left, body in the middle, and search widget on the right, nice, regimented layout, but on mobile devices its all condensed down to one column, the title of my website and subtile become jumbled and out of place and it just does not look at-all right…it looks like the whole website is not even pulling up until you decide to scroll down. The first couple of times I tried to access I didn’t think the page was loading all of the way and so I kept leaving the site, until i scrolled and saw what was happening. Please take a look. I will try to include the screenshots.

I would like to know how to do so when making a new product post, there is an option to choose one of the MENU options on the page, to ensure that the visitor, when clicking on any option in the MENU, can be directed to the loaded products in that menu and not in the category that it gives me option to create when I make a post

The Gallery and full view images load fine on desktop. On mobile, When I click on gallery image for full view it’s being cropped and cannot see the entire image. the plugin is not responsive

Website is not loading properly

I have had my website lurodtax.com running for over 6 months using the Tax Help theme with no issues. Over the last two weeks, I have noticed that sometime the website loads as designed and most of the time it loads with the wrong formatting, things are missing and others are duplicated. When I log in as an admin and I go to the “Customize Your Site” section the website loads and looks fine. I am not sure what is going on. Can someone please provide some suggestions?

Full blog page won't load

When opening my blog page, https://blog.promevo.com , the page does not fully load and none of the previous content is there. It also takes a much longer time for the page to load. All the blog post pages can still be pulled up if they’re searched separately, but can’t be accessed from the home page. I have updated all the plugins, themes and software and still no change.

I need some help figuring out what to do to get my blog home page looking normal again.

BB lite freezing and not launching fully!

I’m having some sort of freezing/not loading properly-problem, using BB Lite on Tesseract 2.3.1.

When launching Beaver Builder on any of my pages the program goes into what seems to be a normal mode of Beaver Builder drag-and-drop screen. However, the vertical menu on the right side is not responsive, and I’m not able to exit the menu either. The vertical menu only shows Row Layouts, Basic Modules, Advanced Modules and WordPress Widgets (as BB Lite should), but they are not responsive. And I’m not able to hide this menu either, as the X on top of it is also non-responsive.

On the top horizontal menu I only see the alternatives (buttons) Tools, Done and Upgrade (and not the usual two “Add Content and ….), but they are neither responsive. I’ve tried several refreshes, but this doesn’t help. Although a refresh every time did help a few days ago…

I’ve also tried to deactivate the plugin and reactivated it, but it does’nt help. I’ve not yet tried to delete the plugin and reinstalling it, as I’m afraid to loose content on my site.

Any help is much appreciated!

Theme won't load properly in Chrome

My new site – www,batamexpat.com – does not load properly on Chrome, but it does on Mozilla. I have checked with the theme developer and the ISP and was directed to WordPress for help. The home page opens with an error message, with the header, sidebar and footer showing but not the main content. When I click on one of the other pages, the content shows up fine, and when I click back on the home page the content shows up. This is not just my problem as I get alerts that the site is down several times during the night, and then it goes back up, presumably because someone has done what I do – go to a second page and then back to the home page. I am not a coder so please don’t confuse me with tech talk.

Hi everyone,
I’m new at this and feeling ‘in over my head’. My site was using the dropdown widget menu in vertical mode and it was working fine. However. ever since yesterday, my site had been loading incorrectly or not at all and I’ve determined it has to do with the menu. When I try to use any menu consisting of the letters of the alphabet, the site gives me problem. How can fix this…..Any help would be extremely appreciated. Thanks!
