Can’t open accordion if not logged in

Hey,

I can’t expand an FAQ if I’m not logged in.
But that’s only been the case for a while, generally the whole thing used to work.
An error message comes up, but it’s always there whether I’m logged in or not. I tested it in Chrome, Safari and Firefox, if I log in to the wordpress interface it works, otherwise not.

Firefox:

google album does not open in responsive design

Hey there,
the albums, which are shared on google photos, will not be opened, when the website is opend in a responsive design (on mobile phones).
perhaps someone knows, if this is a reason by my template or by photonic itself.

furthermore, the galleries will be blocked by the plugin ‘wp cerberus’, as there are some requests (wp-admin/admin-ajax.php). i already tried to bypass the requests from this explicit page, don’t know yet, if it’s working.

Ocean Extra makes Mobile Menu not working

I love OceanWP and use it with Elementor to build my own portfolio site. The problem was only the dubble Lightboxes (WP’s + OceanWP’s) when I opened up images, so I installed Ocean Extra to deactivate the OceanWP’s Lightbox, and now that problem is solved. But…

Ocean Extra makes so that the mobile menu does not open when I click on it. I have deactivated all other plugins and located it to be Ocean Extra to be the source. I tried un-checking every script in Ocean Extra, one by one, and located the problem to be in one of the scripts that has anything to do with the menu, and thus if I un-check it, the whole menu breaks.

I need Ocean Extra for the Lightbox issue, but at this point, the mobile menu is useless and the page cant be navigated at all on mobile…

I am truly grateful for the help.

Click on social media icon in PC Browser fails to open in new tab

Hi.
Just asked question on your live chat ref above.
I have Twitter and FB set up as icons on this page.
Basic click and go to New Tab.
If I try this via a PC Browser it just shows a swirling icon in middle of screen.
If I right click mouse and select New Tab then it works and opens in new tab.
Everything in settings looks absolutely fine.

I worked on website 2 days ago and have not done anything, just added some texts (no new plugins, etc.).
And today i try to access the site, wp admin page- nothing, it is not accessible from my friends computers as well.
Did anyone crack the password..?

I’ve been tinkering on just one item, the settings on my wordpress and has a problem, the site no longer opens, then I undid the change, the more the problem continued, my site does not open anymore, and neither the wp-admin.
