Not playing and not able to download

I am having trouble getting SSP to work. The issue I am having is that the player is not playing audio and the audio download link doesn’t work, it returns 404 Not found (The requested URL was not found on this server). I can play the audio fine from within WP admin panel.

I have tried uploading to a different directory on my webhost and get the same result and the audio plays fine from WP’s default audio player widget using that link.

I have check my webserver and it’s running Apache not NGINX. I have also tried disabling caching etc as per the common support article regarding player not working. I have also looked through these forums and can’t find any solve for this issue.

Could you please point me in the right direction?

Videos not working with Safari – Even on your own Depicter.com website

Background videos (or videos in general) do not play or show up at all in the Safari browser on iPhone or other iOS devices. Even if muted.

The videos on your own website under the “What You Can Create By Depicter” section do not show either.

Seeing as many iPhone users use Safari, this is a major issue.

Hello,

Just installed the plugin, and went through all the settings except for RSS feed as I’m already using ANCHOR for my podcast, but just wanted to play the podcast locally on the website as it seems many locations cannot play Spotify because of restrictions.

have done everything and the player shows up on the page, but when one clicks play it just forever rotate like spinning ball with no sound. have tried to host the file both locally on my server as well as another cloud service (one drive)
and neither seems to work,

Please help

Hi,

I am trying to get this plugin working, i’ve manage to link the vídeos in diferent ways, but none of them has the controls and the ones that are from an youtube source only work if i enable the youtube comands on the settings panel.

Can you help me getting this to work.

SA Sliders only showing shortcode on page

Previously these two SA sliders I had on my homepage worked fine, but for some reason they no longer do and just show the shortcode text on the homepage.

Video not appearing/playing on mobile (android/iphone)

Yes, there is definitely more than one video in slider (as I read the related topics before posting)

Issues:
1. Main videos not appearing in mobile phones nor playable, Only show blank box and then the thumbnails of videos and title

2. On minimize, videos slider are responsive, but when you maximize the window in PC, it sometimes appear still the vertical responsive mode, you have to click refresh to view the full video slider, doesn’t automatically respond to screen size on PC.

Hello,
We’ve been using the video gallery plugin and it was working fine for a couple months. All of a sudden the videos have become unclickable and do noy play.

Any ideas why this is happening?

I am sorry if my question is a bit simple. I am relatively new to WordPress plugins. I have a playlist on my site where there is a main video that plays and below that are other videos on that playlist. Problem is, the main video on top does not play. It is just completely black. but it was working back then.

Is it because I installed a security plugin (Bulletproof)? That is the only plugin that I installed for security purposes. But I also noticed that there are a couple of blocked ads when the video used to work and I checked the console. A couple of javascript related to google ads are causing errors. But now that the main player is blank, the errors that I get are YT is not defined. How do I fix this? Thumbnails also show on other videos but the main video is just completely blank and unplayable.

Your help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi,
I love this plugin, but wondering if there’s a way to have gif’s playing when showing in the grid. So far it only works once you open them on lightbox.
