It’s Safira from https://tiffinandteaofficial.com/. I think there’s something screwy with the support emails. I’ve tried to contact you and it seems like I haven’t gotten any replies.
I recently got charged for an automatic renewal and I would like to cancel and get that refunded (as well as disable any automatic renewals for any JetPack products/services). How/what do you need from me to make that happen?
Apologies, resending because I don’t think I am receiving emails from Jetpack on my normal email address. I haven’t had a response since February.
Please reply at [email protected].
Best,
Safira
I switched to Cloudflare a few days ago, and everything was fine until that I’ve noticed that I’m not receiving emails from my website. I’ve watched Cloudflare’s tutorial video, and I’ve applied all the tips that they asked, but my problem wasn’t resolved.
And each time I try to send a test email I get this error
There was a problem while sending the test email.
Could not connect to the SMTP host.
This means your web server was unable to connect to “mywebsite”.
Typically this error is returned for one of the following reasons:
-SMTP settings are incorrect (wrong port, security setting, incorrect host).
-Your web server is blocking the connection.
-Your SMTP host is rejecting the connection.
Recommended next steps:
Triple check your SMTP settings including host address, email, and password, port, and security.
Contact your web hosting provider and ask them to verify your server can connect to “my website” on port 465 using SSL encryption. Additionally, ask them if a firewall or security policy may be preventing the connection – many shared hosts block certain ports.
Note: this is the most common cause of this issue.
Contact your SMTP host to confirm you are using the correct username and password.
Verify with your SMTP host that your account has permissions to send emails using outside connections.
I am having issues with receiving emails from the other emails who sends it using a the wpform. For some reason, the email is behind received from me and not from the other person who enters the details in the form. I tried replying to the email from the form submit and it worked fine, it was received to the other email but all form sends are just behind received by me.
]]>Pretty well explains it. I get email alerts for other blogs I follow, just not that one. What do I do?
]]>– Installed and used ‘Check Email’ plugin to make sure emails would send from WordPress. The test emails were delivered.
– Installed and used ‘Email Log’ plugin to track emails. I can see that it is periodically sending the ‘New customer order’ email, but other times it doesn’t at all.
With that said, I know that the email issue is within WooCommerce, because we can clearly see the emails are not being sent at all. If it helps, our website can be found here: https://labeloff.com/.
]]>Though after the submission we do receive a message that the information/file is being submitted to the user, but there is not receipt of that submission to the email ID associated.
This is really urgent, please let us know how we can deal with this. Thanks.
