We bought the pro version, and Spectra Pro is not what they promise. It is full of bugs. Be prepared for all kinds of new issues with your site in addition to the issues already in the free version. Free or Pro, expect to constantly wait for Spectra blocks. Want to move a Spectra block? Expect to your page to stop responding. Have Spectra Pro and want to set a dynamic background image? Expect Spectra to place that background image on a completely different container. Already built a page with Spectra Pro using dynamic content? Don’t expect it to work right after an update.

UPDATE: We would give this zero stars if possible. We made our site with Spectra Pro, and for two months, it has not worked right because of a faulty update. They also marked our support thread as resolved when it was not. Having to babysit an issue they created for a service we pay for is outrageous.

After updating to Spectra, I’ve been experiencing a super slow backend, especially when the articles are long. It’s the same issue as the others reported here.

Tools are not opening, there is no selection frame

I lost functionality of Yellow Pencil tools : they are not responding, YP user interface is not responding, except mouse-overs / hovers. There is no blue selection frame. Everything is loaded, is there, the cursor changes to hand, but nothing is responding on click, or enter.

Hustle: not responding to any interaction

I have a live website at the domain above AND an identical locally hosted version of the same site (via MAMP).php 8.02, wordpress 6.02.
if I install Hustle on the locally hosted site, I can create popups and use the plug in fine.
However, if I install Hustle on the live site, I can click on create a new popup, name it but thats all! No matter what I click on (Preview, save draft, next, upload image etc) absolutely nothing happens!
In Safari I get errors on the web console:

I’ve made 5 ‘books’ all of 2 pages. Some of them are loading, others aren’t, it’s very unstable. Have you got any idea what the issue might be?
The page is still hidden.
I’d like to use your plugin because it looks the best.

I have created another quiz which uses a timer, however, when the quiz is published and the site is refreshed the quiz works however the timer doesn’t, I am looking to find out how I can fix this as this quiz needs to be timed.

Links not working in Chrome

I am having issues with vcf downloads that all links works on Chrome but the vcf download link. The link does not respond when left clicking on it and only works if copied the link address to a new tab. The link works on other explorers, such as FireFox and I.E. Please advice how can I fix this issue.

Kadence Designer Mail Type Dropdown not loading

I’m using Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer
but when I’m trying to edit the email contents,
the Email type tab, I try to switch between different types in the drop down,
like new order or on-hold, or processing, but nothing loads…
I can’t edit anything..

Admin menu item link not responding anymore

My “products tab” in the admin menu (just below the Woocommerce tab) is suddenly taking 7 minutes to load. Why is that? Can I reset something?
It started this, after I installed a plugin for gift cards. Of course I removed the plugin again to stop the compatibility conflict, but the problem hasn’t gone away.

What can I do? All help is appreciated!

Disabled Ads are still showing

Hello,

I switched from Advanced Ads to your plugin some time back and I am happy with your performance. However, I hope you could help me with an issue I started facing recently.

I disabled an in-feed ad because it was not working as I wanted. But the ads are still showing on the pages. I cleared cache and did a complete pre-load but they are still working.

Additionally, I disabled other ads as well to check whether there is an issue. To see they are also still showing. Looks like the plugin is not responding.

What should I do?
