Filters not visible

Hello everyone and thank you for your interest. I configured the plugin and then put it in the specific widget “Woocommerce sidebar”. I don’t know why but I don’t see any filter module in the store page.
If I configure the plugin to show up automatically then I see the icon in the store, clicking on it opens all the filters like in a drop down menu starting from the top.
As a theme I use Astra.

I have exactly the same problem as mentioned in this thread.

The hidden products do show up as search results. Search by Google, Ecosia.org.

I followed all the steps as suggested in the thread above, but the issue is still there.

Forms no more rendered on website

Good morning,

All the Smart Forms on our website are no more rendering. It looks like the plugin was updated 2 days ago. The link provided should display two forms on the page: one on the top for a form to join our membership and one toward the bottom to donate. The plugin page works — I can create/edit forms, and the preview works too. I don’t see any errors in the logs. In the page source, I see the form container DIV and then scripts. But I don’t see the form itself (the form block that contains fields, button, etc.).

I cleared cache, tried different browsers. Same issue.

I know that the forms were working on 3/13/24 9:55AM CST – date of last submission I received.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

The survey does not become visible until the page is clicked. If it is not clicked then the survey does not become visible. This causes a lot of people to leave the page without completing the survey.

Feed Missing on iOS Safari?

Hello, I am testing the free version of this plugin on a website with WP version 6.1.4 to display profile feed from Instagram. It works fine except that when I viewed the feed on Safari mobile (iPhone XR latest iOS version 16.6), it doesn’t seem to appear at all. Is this an issue with the plugin?

Slider vanished from front end

Hi,

My client notified me today that the Gutenslider had disappeared from the homepage (I’ve linked to the staging site, which has the same issue, as I’ve done a temporary fix on the real site). The slider is still there on the back end, and if you look at the front end code it’s there, but nothing displays.

Since it worked previously I’m wondering if something went wrong with the v6 upgrade. Any ideas you have would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Calendar only visible in draft setting

Hello! I successfully installed the plugin, designed a custom calendar and entered all the events. When I edit the site in editing-mode everything looks nice and just as I creates it, but as soon as I publish the page with the calendar plugin in it, there is nothing to be seen but this black line you see in the link I put.

What am I doing wrong?

Not all orders with “Pending payment” status are visible

We found that the issue occurs with the following payment methods: PayPal Express Checkout and Debit & Credit Cards After the customer has chosen one of these payment methods, but does not complete the payment, the order should appear in the admin panel of our website with the status Pending payment. However, when we make test orders with these two payment methods (PayPal Express Checkout and Debit & Credit Cards), they are not visible in the order list at all. Probably the problem is related to the payment methods. Can you please check what is the reason and is it possible to have all orders reflected and visible in the admin panel regardless of their status?

Column tags not showing under the Mail tab

Hi there, I hope you can help.

I have just installed the column add-ons and created a form. That went fine thanks to your excellent tutorial.

However, when I go the the Mail tab in the contact form, the column tags are not showing.

So people can fill in the form, but I won’t receive the content.

What am I possibly doing wrong?
