I’ve already turned off every possible plugin, switched themes, and tried hovering over every bit of text on each page. Nothing gets recognized or shows the pen icon to edit. I even searched for Elementor text strings and found other strings but not what’s in the page. The only highlights I see are from unrelated plugins, like WooCommerce’s “Add to Cart.”
I also disabled every setting until I was left with just two plugins — Elementor and TranslatePress — but it still doesn’t work. I turned off all caching on the host, made a backup, and even tested on a virtual machine. Same issue. It used to work fine with this exact theme, so I’m not sure what changed. Maybe it has to do with a database optimization I did using WP-Optimizer or something else I DON’T KNOW.
I’ve been stuck on this for three days with no luck. At this point, I either move on to a much more complicated plugin or beg for help here. I’m attaching screenshots of my plugin screens and anything else that might help.

]]>I have the visual editor disabled (disable the visual editor when writing) and the default editor is set to classic. I tried the suggestion of restoring the default settings, but it did not fix the issue.
I am using the latest version of WordPress 6.7.2 and the latest version of the plugin 5.9.2.

]]>I’m not sure if there’s a bug, but today’s backup didn’t work. Over the past few months, I’ve manually created more than eight snapshots, and most of them have worked fine during testing. However, today, I encountered an issue with the Astra theme on the contact page after adding a Google Map. When I noticed the page wasn’t displaying properly, I removed the map without saving, but the issue persisted.
I then reverted to a snapshot I created 20 minutes ago, but the problem remained. I tried restoring a snapshot from eight hours ago, but the issue still wasn’t resolved. I’ve reached out to Astra/Brainstorm Force via email, but I haven’t received clear troubleshooting instructions yet.
I’d really appreciate any advice from the WP Reset team. Thanks!
So you see every time I try to update the product image or import/export a csv/txt file it starts the import or whatever but it never inserts the image to the product or starts loading the csv/txt file why is this, I would love if someone would help me
]]>I have made a pop up to get users to subscribe to my email newsletter using the MailPoet form.
It is set to show on posts and category pages (but not the homepage or other pages). The timing is set to 120 seconds and once every 7 days. On desktop also when user intent is to exit. The instructions say that exit intent works on desktop and overrides the timings, and on mobile it will obey the timing rules.
However while the pop up is working on desktop when I go to exit, it is simply not showing on mobile at all. I have asked several friends who don’t regularly visit my site to look and no one is getting it.
I am using WordPress 6.7.2 running GeneratePress theme and version Version 5.8.1 of MailPoet with the free Version 5.8.0 Mailpoet Premium add on (I don’t pay)
I have also created a similar subscription form that sits on my homepage. When someone subscribes it takes them to a captcha page but the ‘confirm you’re not a robot’ headline then crashes into the ‘success!’ notification when they have completed the captcha. I’d share a screenshot but I can’t see how to do that here.
I’ve added a link to an example post but really the issue applies to any post or category archive page.
Thanks for your help!
