I’ve been using Forminator for years with no problems. Today for a new website I noticed that the notification emails are not arriving.
Things I’ve checked and tried:
Can you please help me?
I am wondering if there’s an option to discontinue these old site notifications just by creating this url and hitting it. What does the jwt hash signify?
I have copied/pasted the known good email address (From the New Order field) and even changed email addresses and attempted a new ordered with a deliberately incorrect cvv code. The transaction obviously failed but I never receive a Failed Order.
I use SMTP2Go and I can check the logs. The New Order emails are send and received but there is no record for Failed Orders.
For these website, I would like both the client and my team to receive notifications about broken links. That way, the client can see when they have broken a link (when I don’t have context on what they’ve done).
I’ve tried to add two email addresses separated by a comma, but when I save it, the field is blank again. I’m guessing at the moment I can only enter one email address.
It would be great to be able to enter multiple email addresses to this field.
This plugin has been an integral part of our agency workflow for over ten years. Thanks very much for making such a useful plugin
Thanks,
Tim
I have few issues with email notifications.
In WooCommerce > Settings > Product Inventory I enabled these options :
– Enable stock management
– Enable Out of stock notification
– Low Stock Threshold (set to 1)
I have a variation product with 100 increments.
Someone order 2 of these products, then I received an email saying that the product is out of stock but it has actually 98 increments left.
Then I received an email like the product have been backordered…
I don’t want to back order product or receive email about that, only about out of stock notification but, when it’s real…
Any clue why this happen?
thanks,
Simon
The notification emails are being sent to the recipient in raw html – example below:

Lillie Clark
=0A<a href=3D”mailto:[email protected]”>lillie=
@exampledomain.com
=0Atest
=0AGeneral Enquiry
=0A
How do I format this to remove the code in the email? I have tried re-adding the fields in both the visual and text editor and they all appear like this anyway.
I have used Forminator on many websites and this is the first time I have come across this.
UpdraftPlus Backup/Restore
is backing up fine, but I seem to have stopped getting the notification emails. The last one was March 7, 2022.
The email setting “Check this box to have a basic report sent to your site’s admin address ([email protected])” has always been checked, btw.
(I back up to S3, if that helps.)
TIA.
I also receive many other emails from wordfence in that same email account with no issues and they display perfectly so the issue must stem from the sending point which is my website.
The other websites I receive the same notifications from use other themes such as Avada and Enfold.
Thanks
