OG Image not loading

Hiya guys!
I am setting thumb image in social settings of SEO Press, it has og_image in the source, BUT when a link is shared via mobile thumb is not loaded in Facebook or Linkedin. The idea is to load only post featured image in each separate article for other pages or urls to get social thumbnail from SEOPress settings.

I changed the format from webp to jpg and still the same issue. I am clearing Litespeed cache and still nothing.

Plugin doesnt work with LinkedIn

I am using LinkedIn inspection for a post that the meta data of this plugin was applied , yet I see the image is not picked by LinkedIn, can you please advise ?

LinkedIn want a tag like this :
<meta?name=”image”?property=”og:image”?content=”[Image URL here]”>

And I dont see any generated tag with attribute name=”image” , maybe that is the problem ?

Is there something going on with LinkedIn and the OG:Image not updating?
It’s working with facebook and others, but not LI.

no og:image in head on feedzy posts

Our feedzy pages were working normally before but since a few weeks ago now no og:image is being rendered.

The featured image is displaying correctly inside the editor so the image is being imported correctly, since it is appearing in the menu page: https://8v.com/info/crypto-news/

but when published as a post no og:image tag can be found in the rendered html. this has retroactively affected all previous news posts they all have no og:image. has anyone had this problem before is it caused by a conflict with yoast?

When I post https://solowebsolutions.com into Facebook, it pulls the wrong image. I have come across instructions to go to Yoast > Social but that doesn’t exist. It doesn’t make a difference if I enter the proper image in Yoast > Settings >Homepage > Social media appearance. And yes, I cleared the cache for the browser and my site. On top of that, if I delete the image, save, and refresh, the image is still there.

Error 500 on Yoast Test – Reset Indexables

Similar to this post, I am getting Server Error 500 when hitting the “Reset Indexables” button. I tried hitting the “Reset Internal Link Counter” and get the same on that, and in fact pretty much all of the links are giving this error.

The whole reason why I even installed Yoast Test is because the main SEO plugin isn’t updating the facebook thumbnail og:image url, and I came across this post where Yoast Test was recommended.

This seems to be opening up a rabbit hole. I just updated my website and need to urgently publish it on socials, but this issue is stalling me since the thumbnail is outdated.

Any ideas?

Recently today, Facebook debugger showing Unknown Image Error Provided og:image URL. I checked SOURCE CODE adn found that SEOPRESS removed og:image link auto and removed from all posts. Kindly fix this error.

How can I stop Yoast manage my social thumbnails?

Since 20.7 Yoast is mixing up images and show wrong thumbnails on facebook & co. So I can’t update, because no update is fixing that issue. Is it possible to manage facebook and twitter images by my own and switch off that option on Yoast? Or do I need to keep 20.7 till I die or uninstall that plugin?

I use WPSSO for a long time.
Today I wrote 3 posts with no issues. They are simple: a photo with tiny text.
With the fourth Facebook preview lacks the image even I tried to set a Featured image (the same as the post)
Facebook Scrap again displays the default image site, not the post one.
“The ‘og:image’ property should be explicitly provided, even if a value can be inferred from other tags.”
Also the list of posts shows the others with an image in the “SSO image” column but this one (I also found another old one with the same problem I didn’t realize until now)

The social media images are not correctly displayed since the last update. Only a rollback to 20.7 leads to correct facebook thumbnails. Please fix that with the next update! THX
