]]>I am creating a website for selling graphic design related services online. Which means I need to collect information about the design from customers.
How can I do that?
I’ve found a way after purchase to redirect customers to a form page. However, the form page is accessible to anyone with a link and it’s a separate thing from the purchase, which means I don’t know if the person filling out the form actually payed the money or not.
Is there a better way?
The best example would be Fiverr. You pay the money and then get to describe your order. How can I achieve something like that with WordPress and WooCemmerce?
Thank you in advance!

I checked the forum and someone was told to go to Litespeed General Settings and obtain a key there. So I’m looking, I read that I need a Domain Key to link to QUIC.cloud, but there’s also a highlighted box saying “You MUST WHITELIST all IPs FIRST” – with a clickable link. Clicking the link brings up a blank page with a list of IP addresses I don’t even recognise. What am I meant to do with these? How do I whitelist them? And what on earth is QUIC.cloud?
You need to appreciate that not everyone has technical knowledge. In my case, your plug-in was installed by a tech support person to solve an issue, and I’m left with an active plug-in I do not understand and I cannot mess with in case I break something that would cost me dearly to fix.
From an end-used perspective, this plug-in is ultra complicated as it is. Add random tech language notices and what are we supposed to do? Pay for tech support every time, fearing that the site might break if you do/don’t do something?
Please respond in plain language with step-by-step instructions. Thank you.
]]>I’m currently working on a website of medical consultations and would like to make those consultations (answered questions) paid.
So, I want that the person asks a question, describes all details of his problem, proceeds to payment, and submits the question.
Also, I gonna have different services, so depending on the service, they should pay a different amount.
How would it be possible?
Thanks in advance,
Roman

I really like your plugin, but I have a question. I’m working on a website of medical consultations and would like to make those consultations (answered questions) paid.
