optimized images not appeared in media library

Hi ! After Optimization images processes by ‘Auto Request’ and ‘Auto Pull’ Crons, all images don’t appeared “optimized” in the media library. Some images are without original optimization or without WebP optimization !
I’ve tried to re-process optimization auto by cron several times but it is the same issue …

I used the plugin on my onlineshop:

1. The Plugin didnt optimized all images
2. You dont get your money back (They offer a 15 days refund time, but you dont get the moeny!)
3. There is no email support – You dont get any reply.

Use the free version.

Hello.
In my backend dashboard (/wp-admin/upload.php?page=optimole) the “Last optimized images” window is showing the same first 10 optimized images of my blog, till the fist day.
Instead, if I login in my Optimole Dashboard (https://dashboard.optimole.com/visitors) I can find the list of ALL optimized images from my site (there are 57 at the moment).

Why?

I used this plugin for testing purposes on one of my pages. For me, I wanted it to help my load times (using google page speed test) and ensure I am passing images in an optimized manner. This plug-in reduced my load time on images by roughly 50% which moved my page speed (for mobile) from the mid 60’s to the upper 70’s.

Hi,
the site in the link is mine and I have a problem with GTmetrix after I smushed the site images in the way indicated by the documentation. Why don’t GTmetrix be able to recognize smushed images as optimized images?
