I have just discovered a problem that unfortunately causes me a lot of trouble. When an order is made on my site, I receive the message for the new order, the customer also receives a confirmation email. But when the order failed or I want to cancel the order, I receive the cancellation or failure email, but the customer receives nothing at all! I had orders that were cancelled a weeks ago and the customer contacted me to know where his order is.
Anyway, I did some tests of order and the problem comes from the fact that {customer_email} does not work ( in email type and text > RECEIVER(S) > Enter the recipients (separated by a comma) for this email. Sent by default to )! I tried adding my personal email address instead of {customer_email} and I get the order cancellation. But I want the customers to receive this automatically. How can I solve this problem? This is quite urgent. I am manually contacting the customers of failed or cancelled orders at the moment but it is not very professional.
I am using WordPress 5.9.3 with the latest version of your extension, Kadence Theme 1.1.19 and Woocommerce.
Sincerely,
Antoine
I have had an issue in 2 transaction where the order was marked as cancelled but the payment were taken from the customer. Please find order notes attached https://ibb.co/zJwXQ7M. I don’t have any debug report as they were deactivated and I have now activated them. Client paid through this plugin via Alipay.
I have contacted stripe but they have said that I have to contact you directly to resolve this type of issue.
I am struggling to find a solution and this is making my client angry as it’s messing up with his sales.
Could you please help?
Thanks.
]]>The only fix for now is to manualy change the amount of product available, after cancelling the order.
Would it be possible to fix so that it’ll automaticaly update the stock with the right amount of available products, once I or the customer cancel the order?
]]>When I attempt to purchase something on my site via any PayPal method, it will function correctly, allowing me to successfully pay with the pop-up PayPal window. It then sends me back to the checkout page. Everything acts normally up to this point.
On the checkout page, the url shows as follows:
https://mywebsite.com/checkout/?woo-paypal-return=true&token=[token removed]&PayerID=[payer ID removed]
At this point, I’m presented with two buttons. “Cancel” and “PLACE ORDER”. “Cancel” does what I expect it to do and cancels the order. “PLACE ORDER”, however, also cancels the order.
Upon investigation, they both redirect to the exact same url, https://mywebsite.com/cart/?wc-gateway-ppec-clear-session=1
How can I fix this? Should the “PLACE ORDER” button really be sending the user to the same place that the “Cancel” button sends them? Any help is appreciated, I have been attempting to fix this for days now. Thanks!
]]>Customers continually get errors “Your payment has been cancelled” sprung on them when trying to pay with no further options for processing.
Most customers think the order has gone through but payment is never received.
When I go to check, it is working, but Im having this feedback for weeks on end and I don’t know how to fix it.
Paypal say everything is working on their end.
Woocommerce is up to date.
Has anyone experienced similar?
]]>Can tell me what I am missing.
Thanks alot
]]>I then receive a notification saying that the order was canceled. However on some occasions the payment will clear even when it says that it is cancelled. On other occasions the payment will not clear even if it says cancelled.
I’m stuck at this point. I am not sure whether this is a problem on my part of if my clients page is timing out because they are on the site too long.
Please help!
]]>Something very weird happens in woocommerce. I had an order yesterday by credit card and everything was fine. Today, I received a cancelation e-mail order from woocommerce about that order. I asked the person and she says she didn’t cancelled it and even the transation is made in her bank account, her paid is made but the order in woocommerce panel is cancelled and I have received the e-mail. So, what is going on? It the order is not cancelled whay woocommerce cancels it?
Anyone else has the same problem? Someone can helpme to fix it or see where is the problem reading the log?

]]>An order note has been added to the orders by the system:
Not paid orders canceled – deadline reached. Order status changed from Pending payment to Cancelled.
All 5 payments has been Authorized by Quickpay.

]]>Sometimes, it happens to my customers that go to PayPal, they discover they have the empty credit card.
So contact me the next day to make the payment, but in that case the order is passed to “deleted” and he has to redo all the order, so he can proceed to PayPal and make payment.
Is possible in the restricted area of the customer, where the order is canceled, place a button with “PAY NOW” and send it back to PayPal?
Any other idea is welcome.
Thanks.
