I am getting warning messages on this plugin. I have used it on several sites with good results. But now???

Great idea! I downloaded the plugin – my slightly dyslexic brain read “Compatible up to WordPress 6.1.3” as 6.3.1, so I thought I was good to go. Spent some time creating a fabulous new Client Dashboard page for my client, but it’s not showing up. Not sure what to do as it seems the author hasn’t maintaining the plugin for WP updates. I hope this isn’t the case, because I really like the idea very much as a client site handover tool, and would use it for all my clients’ sites that I develop.

Love the plugin, but is there anyway to format the date differently? We’d like to just show the original publication date, as opposed to the publication date and the time of publication.

Seriously outdated. Abandoned project?

Facts:
1) This plug-in hasn’t been updated for almost a year.
2) A notification on installation that this plug-in might not be compatible with my version of WordPress and evidently it’s not because attempting to run it gives me a Server 500 error and fails.
3) This checker only checks for PHP up to 7.3, which in fact went into “Unsupported” status over 6 months ago.
4) PHP 8 has been out for general availability for almost TWO YEARS. And this is two versions past PHP 7.3.

In all, the project is worthless and has been for quite some time. One suspects that the authors are not very familiar with PHP. They could have this plug-in working perfectly with an hour of updating their code and they’re just not bothering to do so.

I’m afraid this plugin is in dire need of an update. It doesn’t go beyond PHP 7.3; which isn’t compatible with the current version of WordPress (6.1).
I hope the creator will be able to get it back on track.

I have been using this theme for almost three years. I was very satisfied with it, because it is nice and clean, has a fast loading speed and there is quite a lot settings that you can handle.

However, in October 2021, I got a notification that the theme hadn’t been updated for two years and might be a security risk. I immediately contacted support and forwarded this message.

They released an update the next day, but didn’t make any real improvements: some images were refreshed due to a expired license and the theme was checked for errors. This resulted in a new version number. I never received an email with a thank you or an update. I thought, maybe they’ve fixed the security issue quickly now, and an update for security, performance, and compatibility is coming soon. But after three months it remains silent.

Because all the good, even the free plugins, are regularly updated and this theme is basically neglected, I decided to switch to a new theme for security reasons.

Too bad I paid a lot of money (1x for an annual license and 1x for a lifetime license), while no update ever appeared after that.

If the theme was kept up to date, I would have happily used it for years to come.

I have three websites: two in subdirectories, and one in the root. On the root website, I tried to backup “Both Database & Files” selecting not to backup my own user directory (I keep my personal files outside of the wordpress folders), but only the WordPress directories.

The plugin first of all failed to back up the wp-includes directory. I tried again: same result. I then switched it to “Database only” and it generated a blank file. I switched it back to “Both Database & Files” and now it only makes a backup of the Database. No files are backed up at all. I uninstalled, reinstalled and tried it again, and it does the same thing.

I tried a few other backup programs (like X Cloner) and they work fine on that root website. So there is a problem with this plugin.

Also, why are there two years of open tickets on the developers website? Do you not fix any problems with this plugin anymore?
