Second solution:
I have try create two list of tickets. One it’s “normal” and second it’s “overbooking list”
but the plugin give me a info according how many tickets is book in “normal” list and how many tickets in list “overbooking”
I thinks this is a little issue

One of my client is having trouble with overbooked appointments. When books the appointment the slot does not show up in email, only the surrounding text.
Also on the Booking Orders page, I find booking “without” an appointment. It says “Appontment: ” then empty space, then customer details.
Those bookings experiencing this, are not actually booked, and this creates trouble with overbooking.

We had an issue where one person was able to take a ticket without any available places.
Now we have -1/x place available. If I go on the event page the ticket is not available.
The last reservation asked for 2 places. Maybe the plugin don’t check if there is enough space to book all of them.
We have the option of approval checked and we don’t allow to overbook.
I think that it shouldn’t happen.
What do you think ?
]]>In looking at all your add-ons I think they will do everyhting I need but I have one issue that I’m having a tough time resolving – is there a way to track tickets, from multiple imports – Eventbrite, Facebook, Meetup, and my own website – so I’m not overbooking?
For instance, if I have 50 seats available, and 40 sell on Eventbrite how would I ensure that 30 more people don’t register via Facebook and Meetup?

There is no waitinglist in EM at the moment. 
EM would be perfect for my usage, but i really need the waiting list. Best with move up function. Do you have an idea, when this will be fixed? Is there a way to solve this? Overbooking doesn′t work for me, because on my site people can automatically register for an event.

]]>So, if a course has one seat left and two applicants are starting to register for this course, it should be the one that hits the submit button first that is accepted, while the other is rejected and informed with a validation error.
Am I safe from overbooking, or is there a certain probability that both applicants above are accepted (=overbooking)?
Basically, I guess this has to do with how the PHP and SQL statements are executed on the site server in this kind of multiuser environment.
Can the risk of overbooking be further reduced (or removed?) using these plugins for this purpose?
