Receiving Fatal Error when trying to publish posts and pages to my website

I receive the following error message when I try to publish posts or pages to my website. Fatal error: Cannot call overloaded function for non-object in /home/autoracers/public_html/wp-includes/capabilities.php on line 1385

I’m using WordPress 4.2.2 running Canvas theme version 5.9.9

This issue just started in the last day or two.

Hi there.
Sometimes when I’m saving or viewing a page, any page, in my regular Ignite theme, I get this message below:

Fatal error: Cannot call overloaded function for non-object in /home/shawndady/public_html/artemiscopywriting/wp-includes/class-wp.php on line 529

Any way to stop this? I believe visitors to my website occasionally get this as well. Disaster!

Hello Everyone,

I have moved my WordPress site across onto a cPanel hosting plan on GoDaddy.

Now however when I click around the site the page either loads up oddly or I get this error message:

Fatal error: Cannot call overloaded function for non-object in /home/internetgenie/public_html/internet-genie.co.uk/wp-includes/class-wp.php on line 529

This seems to happen whether it is on the front end or the back end of the site.

Does anyone know what I would need to do to fix this.

Hi guys,
Since I switched hosting to GoDaddy 10 days ago, my blog at russhowepti.com keeps on popping up with an error message:

Fatal error: Cannot call overloaded function for non-object in /home/russhowe/public_html/RussHowePTI.com/wp-includes/user.php on line 217

Before I switched I downloaded a back-up of my posts/pages and uploaded it to my GoDaddy when I switched so I got all my old posts back. But this message pops up all the time. It’s either on constantly, or as soon as somebody clicks on a few pages it eventually pops up.

Spoken to GoDaddy customer services who had absolutely no idea what it was.

I looked at the file which is listed in the error message, I’m no expert, but here is the text from line 217 of the user.php file from the message above:

$user = wp_get_current_user();

Any help is greatly appreciated, as I use my site for my personal training clients and it’s been starting to affect my business, but GoDaddy are no help so far.

Admin – Create Pages – Theme Buttons

Hi Guys,

in my theme, the links for the pages are grafical buttons and not just text. When I create a new page, I have to create the buttons manually, which is annoying. For creating the buttons I have an image magick script and my goal is, that this script is called, when a pages is created. But I don’t know where to “hack” to make the admin-pannel calling my script, after i press the page creation button. I don’t even know where to search or what I should read to find a solution.
So if you post any ideas or links, which can help me, would be great
