Go to editor and click to add a new page. Create the page.
Go abck to create and add a second page and give it a title ie: meet the owner- I save and it updates the home page that was the first page I created. I cannot get the pages to create independently and without interfering or updating each other. I took a video. Hoping it will post here.
I am newer to this… but it shouldn’t be this complicated and when I do any searches for it on youtube and google i cannot find what I am looking for.

We noticed this as we were manually moving new pages from our Dev environment into our staging environment. it ended up casuing confusion with slugs, meta descriptions and redirects, which made the whole process very messy and time consuming.
We were moving pages using two methods – one was using the portability feature of the Divi theme which allows you to save a layout, export it and import it into a new page. We also tried using the WordPress Importer method.
The only way we could get it to work any way correctly was doing all of our work incognito mode. Has anyone else experienced this?
]]>Are any fields (name, etc.) overwritten when customers sync from website to Mailchimp via this plugin?
Is the subscription status of customers ever overwritten when syncing from website to Mailchimp? What if a subscribed customer unsubscribes–would syncing from this plugin ever re-subscribe them?
What about the initial sync, with the “auto-subscribe existing customers” checked or unchecked in the plugin? Could that ever change the subscription status of existing contacts in Mailchimp?
For instance, would an existing contact who is unsubscribed in Mailchimp be subscribed, if the “auto-subscribe existing customers” box is checked?
Conversely, would an existing contact who is subscribed in Mailchimp be unsubscribed during the initial sync, if the contact also exists as a customer via the WooCommerce plugin and the “auto-subscribed existing customers” box is not checked?
Looking forward to hearing back–thanks!
]]>how to prevent overwriting of user data if someone else as a guest fills out the form and indicates the email of an existing user?
]]>I am honestly loosing my nerves – I was updating one site when suddenly out from nowhere wordpres started to overwrite the page title. I eerrased the cache – I deactivated every plugin – I updated the template – but I can’t get rid of the problem. and with every try the site becomes more of the same site names . . .
Has someone any idea how to fix that before I throw the mouse out of my closed window?
Thank you very very much!
]]>thank you very much, first of all a big thank you for the great software! A 5 star rating is on my todo list.
I read a lot in the tutorials that the changes would be gone after an update.
The events wouldn’t be affected, I think. The banners are stored in wp-content/uploads. So I wonder if the changes in the field editor will be overwritten during an update. And if not, is there more data that is not affected by an update? Which would that be?
Thanks in advance! Best wishes.
Michael
