I have also tried new test installation of WordPress but the issue remains.
I tried to email support, but I only received instructions as posted on their website.
Any solution?
Even worse, packaging types have no weight associated with them. This is flat out wrong and results in incorrect weights when calculating postage. Can you please add a weight field also, as cardboard packaging adds a different wait to a shipment, than a bubble mailer, for example.
Very frequently, the plugin fails to connect to some of its services and it become necessary to re-select things and try again and again until it finally works. This affects primarily the section that pulls shipping rates, and the label purchasing and printing section.

]]>I’m setting up a course store with Woocommerce and Moodle, using the MooWoodle integration plugin for integration.
On the Moodle side I use the Subcourse plugin to add subcourses within a parent course.
In this store I have 2 categories of courses: quick and complete (package with 2 courses).
Fast ones are single/one-time courses, which the student can buy, where he is directed to Moodle and start the course.
A complete course, for example, would be like a package containing 2 quick subcourses.
My problem is:
When the student buys a quick course, the MooWoodle plugin enrolls him, generates the password and sends the email to the user to enter Moodle, everything working normally.
Now, when he buys a complete course (the package), the plugin only enrolls him in the parent course, he does not have access to the child courses in this package.
I don’t know if I made myself understood.
Is there a solution for this?

This issue persists with all installs of WooCommerce Shipping & Tax.
The shipping labels paper size and email receipts checkbox as well as the on/off widget all get saved and remain persistent throughout the WP Dashboard. However when adding any type of Packaging to the settings, they report as being saved properly but upon refresh they are gone. This happens across all of our websites.
The page in question is here: /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-settings&tab=shipping§ion=woocommerce-services-settings
For some reason I’m thinking this is curl related. I ran “curl -I https://domain.com/wp-json/wc/v1” and it returned a 200. Yet when saving the packaging packages I see this in the httpd logs:
[IP ADDRESS] – – [19/Nov/2022:17:51:31 -0600] “PUT /wp-json/wc/v1/connect/packages HTTP/1.1” 403 15550 “https://domain.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-settings&tab=shipping§ion=woocommerce-services-settings” “Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/107.0.0.0 Safari/537.36”
Any help would be super duper.
Thanks.
]]>Had a few ideas i told Martin about, and it revealed he is a super nice and helpful guy.
Thank you for a great plugin and for listening.
I use MathJax plugin for my WP site. My content is mostly math related and therefore I often use units (such as micrometer, μm).
Problem is that greek letters are italicized by default, and using \mathrm{} does not make them upright as it does with latin letters.
In LaTex one can include packages that fix this problem (such as isomath, upgreek), but for my understanding, it is not possible to include packages in MathJax.
But I found some advice on this page, saying (quote)
“This package is not autoloaded, so you must request it explicitly if you want to use it. To load the upgreek extension, add ‘/upgreek’ to the load array of the loader block of your MathJax configuration, and add ‘upgreek’ to the packages array of the tex block.”
So, I tried searching through my setting, but I have no idea what “load array of the loader block of your MathJax configuration” is, and is it possible to include a package to MathJax that way?
Can someone help me with this:
1. is the advice from this page applicable and will it solve the greek upright problem? (if not – what will?)
2. where do I load this exactly; where can I find the load array of the loader block?
Thank you!
]]>Never had an error before have done 100’s of backups/downloads of installer & archive zip files. Tried it with Chrome and also the alternate duplicator DupArchive package method (non-zip) and have the same error result.
Is this anything to do with Litespeed server?
UPDATE:
FYI > I changed PHP version from 8.0 to 8.1 on the web hosting server and was able to create and download both installer.php and archive zip file successfully with no error.
Please advise,
Thanks
Then:
– Individual products: individual products where the minimum purchase has to be of 4 in 4. You can mix between them individual, but always has to be in sequence of 4 in cart. (You can not buy 6, but yes 8. You can not buy 7 but yes 12…)
– Individual SET products: These are products that have 4 products inside, like the packs of yogurts in the supermarket. This individual product can be bought only, since by default it has 4 products inside.
To do this, I have thought to differentiate the products in 2 categories: individual and set.
The individual ones can be mixed between them and they have to go in the basket in multiples of 4.
Sets are normal products, without any restriction applied to them and can be purchased directly.
Example webpage:
– With individual product: https://shop.rebbl.co/products/rebbl-box-lq
– With individual product direct buy SET: https://shop.rebbl.co/collections/variety-packs
Do you know of a plugin that will allow me to do this?
Thanks
