Other (non-web based) software languages I’ve previously worked on have had a packaging management stuff going on where there is actually a complex process to create your own setup.exe file other people to install your software, but those weren’t anything to do with web stuff.
So what’s the process for packaging and deployment for React WordPress plugins?
How do I stop other people from just copy and pasting my work and selling it on as their own? I’ve integrated Freemius into my plugin so will that stop people from just stealing my work? I don’t see it doing any encryption that I would stop a simply copy and paste.
]]>I have looked through the DB tables and I can’t seem to find a db with the fields I would expect to hold this data.
I have uninstalled the plugin and reinstalled it hoping it would create the DB if it was missing but no luck
Any Help would be appreciated.

If I had a son he would be a son of a Mitch
i.e. for each 15kg of products, add 0.5kg (the weight of pack)
Any fix/advice?
]]>Recently etsy implemented a mandate for tracking number for order over $10. With the way I have my shop set up, it would be a HUGE hassle to try and navigate making new shipping options. Frankly, etsy does not have what I need anymore.
So I happen to use elementor for my website and think it’s time to start using WooCommerce. Just one little problem… can WooCommerce do the following:
? Can I give customers the option for Free Shipping or Shipping with tracking?
? Can I distinguish different types of products needing different shipping methods?
? Can a designate certain products can be grouped together, while others need to be shipped separately?
??Can designate what shipping service I would be using?
? If I order my shipping labels from a third party like PirateShip, can I set a flat rate for certain items of certain sizes and weights?
There are a number of extra things I could bring up, but I imagine many people want to know this who are looking to leave etsy once and for all. So thank you in advance to everyone who can help shed some light on this and hopefully I can feel comfortable with the idea of using WooCommerce for my business moving forward.
]]>My situation is:
I only have one product with dimensions 20cm x 10cm x 10.5cm, weight 215g
I use the packaging box with dimensions 21cm x 21cm x 11cm, weight 150g
Obviously the packaging box only fits for a quantity of 2, therefore I will use 2 packaging boxes for an order of 3 or 4 products, 3 for 5 or 6 etc.
My question is:
Is there any extension/plug-in or shipping class setting that can handle the following scenarios?
An order of 1 quantity of product, the total shipping weight should be (215+150)g;
An order of 2 quantity of product, the total shipping weight should be (215+215+150)g;
An order of 5 quantity of product, the total shipping weight should be (215+215+150)g + (215+215+150)g + (215+150)g;
Thank you.

I wonder if you can help.
I’m using WordPress 4.9.8 and WooCommerce 3.4.5.
I have created a shop and everything is working great.
The totals for products are working fine and showing everything as it should.
I’m using PayPal standard to process payments.
Here’s how I’ve configured PayPal within WooCommerce:
https://tppr.me/Ejv9e
The problem I’m having is in PayPal order details where postage is being added to the first product but not to others and the total doesn’t include postage.
In the Payment details, postage is added.
The totals and the amount billed is all correct.
It seems like information being passed from WooCommerce isn’t passing correctly to PayPal.
Here’s a screenshot within PayPal showing the completed transaction page
https://tppr.me/nRBia
As you can see postage has been added to the first line item, when it should not have done.
Here’s a screenshot of the same order within the WooCommerce checkout page where everything looks fine:

How can this be fixed?
Many thanks,
Brian
