Backorder items not recorded correctly on Packing List

We have noticed that if a customer orders an item that is backordered (which we allow), the item’s quantity still shows up on the packing list as though it is in the package. For example, the customer orders 2 items that are in stock and 1 item that is backordered. The packing slip clearly states what is backordered–that is great. However–the packing slip indicates there are 3 items in the package (in two places on the packing list–“No. of items” and “Quantity”). That is not correct–there are only 2 items in the package. Is there a way to fix this?

Hi, is there a way of showing the order total on the packing list? I can only see total quantity and would like to show total amount that needs to be paid too.

Display all products sold in a given time

Hello, we are looking for a way to generate a packing list that includes all the products sold in a given time or from selected orders. For example, we have ORDER 1, ORDER 2, ORDER 3, ORDER 4, and we selected ORDER 2 to ORDER 3 and generated a packing list that gave us the list of products required for ORDER 2 and ORDER 3. Another example would be that someone bought PRODUCT A, then someone else bought PRODUCT A, so our list could should PRODUCT A x2 rather then going back and forth everytime. Is there a plugin we can use?

A grouped packing list

Can I create a packing list grouped by a custom field of a product from selected orders?
The use case is to group items and aggregate the quantity needed for the items of a selected group of orders based on their supplier as the the business operations of the WooCoomerce site is to do pre-order of groceries.
I’d like to have a single print out view of what items and how many of them I need to order from which suppliers to fulfill orders we received throughout the week.

I am using WordPress with the WooComerce plug-in. I have created a custom field using WC Fields Factory for EX_Number, required by the US Department of Transportation to appear on our Packing Lists. I Need to edit the Packing List template to include an EX_NUmber column for each line item that appears on the Packing List. I find plug-ins that will let me add other WooCommerce fields in an invoice, but none that allow me to add a custom field to a packing list. Suggestions?

Please give me recommendations for a plugin to print a consolidated packing list on one sheet for several orders. What I need on 1 sheet is:

1 Customer 1 Name
– Ordered Product A (QTY 1)
– Ordered Product B (Qty 3)

2 Customer 2 Name
– Ordered Product X (QTY 2)

etc…

Any plugin to help me get such a packing list on one (or 2+ in case of more orders that dont fit on one) sheet? THANKS!
