Checkout page crash because of Packlink plugin

Packlink causes a crash on the checkout page of my online store.

This happens when a customer, who enters as a ‘guest’ and hasn’t added their shipping address, adds a product to the cart and clicks on checkout. The checkout page crashes immediately, and nothing can be done.

If this customer already has their address entered in the system, the page displays correctly, including the prices. The problem is that the checkout page is precisely where they need to enter their address. I’ve resolved it by downgrading to version 3.3.4, but I consider it risky to use this version.

local pickup option not visible or working?

Maybe it’s me and the way i’ve set up the Shipping Zone and method, but i’ve set up a local pickup Shipping Method for a specific postcode in a specific country that Packlink also serves, but i’ve got nothing showing on the front end, no options to toggle between paid or pickup for that specific postcode, and no sign on it in the front-end Inspector either.

Does anyone have any ideas what i might be doing wrong, or a solution? Thanks in advance.

I asked for a migration to my new hosting service (wpmu), where there is now a testing copy ( bscsc.tempurl.host/boutique ) of my actually running website (https://blue-schooner.com/boutique ).
Testing copy about what WPMU’s team tells me :
“IMPORTANT The packlink-pro-shipping plugin is returning a critical error ph PHP 8+ – Updating it to a PHP 8-compatible version will allow you to reactivate it. For now, it had to be kept deactivated for the site to be accessible.”

My plugin is up to date (version 3.3.4).

What do we do ?

J’ai installé le plugin Packlink PRO à la demande de ma cliente, mais lorsque l’on souhaite valider la commande et sélectionner un point relais le texte du bouton est en anglais et en plus la carte des points relais ne s’affiche pas. Des idées pour régler ce bug ?

Problem with “German Market” Plugin, PDF Creation under PHP 8

Packlink causes an error when creating a PDF with German Market Plugin and PHP 8 enabled. Everything works if i have PHP 7.4 or if i deactivate The Packlink Plugin.

shipping prices using shipping provider

Hi there,

by syncronising our products with Google Listings & Ads we receive following error: Missing value [shipping]. For our shipments, we are using a shipping platform (Packlink), which generates the prices by weight and measurement of the packaging. So therer is no fix price for shipping, but it′s calculated based on the products in the customer′s cart. Can that be syncronised somehow by Google?
