Hello, so I added a new page to my website, however, when I am on this page https://g10engineeringltd.com/about-us/careers/ and click to go back to the services page and click services on the menu at the top, it will not link back. Help please

I would like to adjust the permalink settings on this site but reluctant because last time I made changes to these settings everything went haywire.

Instead of the pageID I would like the link to simply state the page name i.e. websitename.com/product

Hello,

I’m probably going to redo my web page shortly so this is no emergency. Someone I can no longer contact created my site. I’ve started hacking my way through it to update some things. I now would like to make it more mobile friendly. As you can see I can click on the title or read more for the excerpts but I’d also like to make the images link to those specific topics. Frankly I’m at a loss where this page is to even edit it. I’ve tried to find it in menus, the theme files, etc. I admit just can’t find it although it may be slapping me in the face.

I’d also like to have the article topics sorted alphabetically if possible. If you go to the main topics on the menu bar, you’ll see one for BCP, infrastructure and others. https://csdits.com/category/infrastructure/

Pages in Documentation

Right now if I click on a link on page 2 of Documentation and exit out of the post I’m taken back to page 1 instead of page 2…have to start over again…time waster…

Please fix it so that Documentation takes user back to point of origin…page 2 or 3 etc…

I want to add /?omhide=true to all page links

My client requested that I add /?omhide=true to the end of all the page links on their website. If I add it as a custom permalink such as “https://traverse-pc.com/%postname%/?omhide=true” it doesn’t appear in the link, and adding it manually to the page won’t work either because it thinks it is the page name. I also think it needs to be on the homepage as well, so permalinks won’t probably work for that. The purpose of this is to make it so that people opted in to their email list won’t get popups. Is there an easy way to do this globally?

Problem with Image-Link

I have been working with Gutenberg for some time and also created picture blocks. So far, I could always choose where to go to the picture link. (Media file, attachment page and so on …)

Recently I have installed a Gutenberg update and now there is no longer this possibility. I overlook something there, or is this no longer available. ????

Album Link to Page with Gallery

Hi,

I know this was just requested in a previous thread, but I think it’s important enough to create a new topic.

Currently, the album page has its links pointing to the actual galleries instead of the pages that contain the gallery shortcode. My client would like to add additional information to each gallery, which works perfectly with pages.

If you go to each gallery using the site’s menu, you are taken to the page with the gallery shortcode. We need the album to work this way as well.

Your help is greatly appreciated.

Following up on a previous post (https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/linking-images-in-gallery/#post-10580554 ), I’m still having trouble creating a gallery in which the individual images link to pages within my site. Elementor alone doesn’t seem to have this capability even though it is standard in WP. The WP Gallery Custom Links plugin worked at first, but then started giving me the error “Sorry, the content area was not found in your page” when, in Elementor Edit mode, I click on any of the images.

This is in addition to having layout problems with the Gallery widget. I can go into that later, but don’t want to now so as to not complicate this first issue.

If you go to my page https://davidbergmaneco.com/architecture/, the image links currently don’t work because I have the WP Gallery plugin deactivated.

SO – my question is does anyone either (A) know how to fix this or (B) know of a different gallery plugin that will allow the links and work with Elementor, bearing in mind that the starting point for this problem is that Elementor overrides/breaks the page links created in the images in Media.

Page Links within one page theme not working

The site that I am working on is not live. I updated the links to align with the page. They worked at one point and are no longer working. None of my links to external pages are working either. The theme is up to date.

I also have two theme hunk service widgets that I am using and I need additional spacing because it looks odd on page that is 4 widgets wide. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
