Can't display more posts on homepage/presentation page in Parabola

Ugggh so frustrated.

Editing a friend’s website. He wants 20 blog post (summaries) to display on his homepage, like it used to, rather than 4. (I assume the change happened when either WordPress or Parabola updated,but I wasn’t working on his site then.) I went to Settings-Reading-number of posts to display, and that was already set to 20. Then I tried to get into Parabola Settings, to change the presentation page, but they had disappeared. So I installed the Cryon Serious Theme settings plugin to make the parabola settings re-appear, and they did. Then I went into the Parabola settings and changed the presentation page to have 20 posts display, but it still only displays 4.

Conflict with Parabola Theme

Hi, I just updated my wordpress and the plugin and noticed that my theme is now having jquery issues.

If I disable the plugin it goes back to normal. If the plugin is active I cant edit my theme settings, it wont load the jquery.

The error is:

“Checking jQuery functionality…
If this message remains visible after the page has loaded then there is a problem with your WordPress jQuery library. This can have several causes, including incompatible plugins. The Parabola Settings page cannot function without jQuery.”

What can I do?

parabola settings

hi,

im a first time user of wordpress and it may just be me not seeing the obvious but when i click on the parabola settings to eddit the layout of the website or simply just change the pictures on the slider i cant see any way to access this. here is a screenshot of the parabola settings page on my admin account link any help would be amazing.

Parabola Theme – settings have disappeared

I’ve been using Parabola theme for over a year, with no problems. I currently can only see the Reset to Defaults & Save Changes buttons, there are no other options on the Parabola Settings page. I’ve also tried to visit the Cryout Creations website, but the page won’t load. All the other websites I’ve visited load fine. I’ve tried dissabling all my pluggins, but still parabola settings don’t appear. It has been like this for around 5 days now. Am I the only person experiencing this problem?

Mobile site doesn't display properly

The mobile site version of my website: www.awakenedlives.com, does not display properly. Specifically:

1) The Presentation Page, which is enabled, does not display on the mobile site version.
Instead, my posts are displayed.
2) The menu items do not match up with my menu settings and what displays on the full
site version.

Is problem number (1) a function of WordPress settings? If so, in Customize, I don’t see a way to make the presentation page the static home page. In fact, I’m not sure how those WordPress settings work with the Parabola settings. Thanks for any help.

Parabola Settings not working

OK now, this is weird. When I click on “Parabola Settings” I can’t manage to “open” any of the options (layout settings, header settings, etc)… When I try to click my mouse arrow is the “select text” one (like I) and not the “link hand”… what is this?! Thanks!
