Adding 2nd Parallax hero

Someone please help me: I want to add a second Parallax hero to my Storefront top page.

Since I already have one, I used short code to add a new one to the page that is set as Storefront Homepage. So it appears but with a few isses.

Issue 1: Now there is a huge – over 200px? – space between the new Parallax hero (flower image) and the original one (ocean image) below.

Issue 2: The new Parallax hero is not quite full-width.

Parallax Hero not showing up in Customizer

It used to show up in the Customizer, but it’s not anymore.

The docs say that I need to be “looking at the page set as the Front Page” — but that doesn’t make sense anymore. There is no longer a way to hit “customize” on a particular page.

Parallax Hero on Homepage shows after page content

The Parallax Hero should show on top of the page after the header. However, when I add content to the page, it shows after the page content.

How can I get it to show before the page content?

Also, what is the correct shortcode for the full width layout?

Hey guys!

I’m trying to get the parallax hero button to “scroll down” to a specific anchor (for example: Recent products, or categories) on my storefront site.

But i just cant seem to get it to work. I don’t know the names of the anchor (if there are any)

I mean something like: #recent, or #latest, #categories

Storefront Child Theme Parallax Hero

Purchased the Storefront Parallax Hero. Works fine with StoreFront theme but I can’t get it to work with Child Theme. Wish I had known about this issue sooner before buying it and spending the time and trouble of trouble shooting the problem. Is it even possible to get the parallax hero to work with store front child theme? Thanks in advance.
