Hello, hopefully I am in the correct support module. I was wondering if there is a way for users to issue a partial payment, or pay in installments? I noticed there were some requests for this a few years back but I could not figure out if it was implemented yet.

Partial words (e.g. plural / singular / stems) are not found

We added a custom post type on our page (https://spielwiese.eigenstil.de). I also checked the checkbox for this custom post type to be searched in the plugin options. (You can verify this, when searching for the word “tolle” on the page).

Here is the problem

When I search for a part of a word, or if I search for the singular term of a word, the search results don’t show all the possible results. Example:

Searching for “anwendung” will result in only 1 search result – although this particular string occurs in ALL of the posts (as a substring), that are visible on the front page.
When I deactivate the plugin and search for “anwendung” all the results are shown as expected.

Question: Is there some setting in the plugin, that I am missing? I already checked every single setting but none of the seem right. Or is it just not possible to search for “substrings” with this plugin?

Procentual discount on placed order

So, I have a client that I want to grant a 50% discount on the total order amount.
The order is already placed and paid, so how would I do this?
As far as I can see I can only return itmes, but I am not able to refund a certain amount…

Any ideas?

Doing a partial match search on Member Name

When searching on Member Name, the visitor is required to enter the full name of the user or no results are found. How can I change the search on member name to a partial match search?

Eg. searching “Bob” should find “Bob Jones” and “Bob Smith” but it says nothing was found. I have to enter “Bob Smith” to get a matching search result for Bob Smith. I would like a search on “Bob” to return both Bob Smith and Bob Jones using the partial match on “Bob”.

Any advice please?

Enable partial survey submissions?

I have a 5-part form. I want to capture submitted information even if the user does not complete the survey. The first part of the form is most important. As soon as they submit that page, I would like the data to be captured into the database, instead of requiring the user to page through all 5 parts of the form.

How can this be enabled?

I am using the content control in two ways:

1) Full page restriction (works perfectly)
2) Partial page restriction (does not work with CUSTOM user roles)

Partial protection strange problem

Hi I’m trying to use the partial protection and I have a strange problem.
When I protect a page with Partial Protection for a Specific Member It works fine ([swpm_protected member_id=”4″])
But when I protect the same page with Partial Protection for Specific Membership Level(s) ([swpm_protected for=”2-3-4″]) it doesn’t work. For exemple, the member number 4 can’t see the page
I can’t understand why.

Partial refund

We are testing the Mangopay Plugin with WordPress & Woocommerce. Our setup is a C2C Marketplace.

When a user places an order of 2 articles, the workflow of a partial refund is not clear to me. The order could consist of products of 2 different sellers. Therefore it is possible, that 1 part of the order has to be cancelled / refunded.

Under WooCommerce – Orders I can see that particular order, and I can refund one product of the whole order within that view. On the mangopay dashboard I can see how the refund payment is initiated and successfully done.

So far so good.

But now I want to “complete” the order with the remaining one (valid) product. If I switch the Order-state to “Completed” I can see on the Mangopay Dashboard, that a transfer of BOTH products is initiated (including the one which was refunded).

Is there an other way to finalize that order (containing a “valid” product and one which was already refunded)?
