Shayne and for that matter all the team have always been prompt and professional in finding solutions for my various queries over a number of years, not just the latest being ‘how to redirect the Logo URL link to a different URL’ and given that I’m not really a coder/programmer, they have been especially patient with my questions and in some cases which they had already answered.

Hi,

I noticed that when a new Patient is added to the platform, it received credentials to access the platform.

Would it be possible to prevent the patient from receiving platform access credentials? I would just like to register the patient in my database and not allow him any access.

My site went down and the first rep to assist me at Wordfence walked me all the way through the issue, even over multiple days. I’m a novice, at best, and the amount of patience with both my lack of skill and my limited availability to even do and respond to the things I was being offered as solutions meant a lot to me since I don’t work with my website full-time. Required service for what ultimately turned out to be a permission issue with my WP install. The tech team kept with me, making suggestions, helping where they could and basically not leaving me in the lurch.
Really impressed.
Having been in support myself it takes a lot to impress, and they did.
Everything is now back to normal and I am one happy camper.

I did update and after I did it, I can access the /wp-login.php admin area, because there appears this message:

I ve deleted and reinstalled everything from the backup… but still there is this message
