Paid Access?? How do I get it after I have paid?

On 9/9/2024 I purchased a license for Easy Appointments and was immediately informed that I would receive a email “shortly” with all I needed to go forward with it, including access to the support forum on the Author’s site. Ten days later no such email. (And I get NO redirection of “spam mail”, checking it all manually. This would have gone to the support forum instead of here. But no access. How do I get access to the paid version and to the support forums?

Hello, I am using Tutor LMS and I am using the payment plugin with the Woocommerce plugin. I added another plugin to Woocommerce. Payment by credit card is active, but the credit card section does not appear in Tutor LMS.

Which is the different between installing this plugin to enable Google Pay and Apple Pay than enabled Google Pay and Apple Play directly from Stripe plugin?

From Striple plugin I mean this one:

I see adding Google Pay directly from Stripe plugin doesn’t required any validation I think.

User Must be logged in to use Apple Pay

Hello,

I have an issue with the Apple pay method. User must be logged in to be apple to use Apple pay or else, User clicks on Apple pay but it keeps loading without requesting user to double click the right side button to place the order.
I have tried to change settings from woocommerce allowing only logged in user to be able to place orders to allow also guests but that also didn’t work and the issue persisted.

New edit:

Just noticed that when user is not logged in the product price doesn’t get passed to the payment and it shows 0.00 when using Apple or Google pay.

Your help is greatly appreciated

Якщо у?налаштуваннях встановити тип ?нтеграц??: вбудована форма, то?платеж? Apple Pay стануть не?можливими ? буде видавати помилку ?Плат?ж не?виконано?.

Щоб це виправити потр?бно створювати запит на одобрення домену компан??ю Apple (можна зробити через техп?дтримку Fondy).

Тому раджу розробникам встановити тип ?нтеграц?? за?замовчуванням?— ?з?перенаправленням (рекомендовано)?.

Problems with Google Pay and Apple Pay

I don’t understand the configuration of Google Pay and Apple Pay.

I am unable to make them run in my website.

Google Pay: As I see I need to do some configurations in: https://pay.google.com/

I already did it. The business profile seems approved:

Then I try to do the screenshots of the checkout but I can’t because I obtain this message:

The translation is:

Google Pay is not enabled in this business.

Apple Pay: As I see it is only necessary to verify the domain. I already did it, the succesful message appears but I can’t see the Apple Pay button in the checkout (I have tried in iPhone).

Apple Pay Invalid/Update Shipping Address

Hi everyone,

thanks for the plugin it is amazing.

I’m having a problem when using Apple Pay payments with the “Pay with Apple Pay” button on product pages. I get the error message “Update Shipping Address” with an exclamation mark and it doesn’t let me go through the payment process. I tried changing the addresses, even on other countries but it still doesn’t work.

I have weight based shipping plugin enabled which manages shipping to Italy, while UPS Live Tracking for rest of the EU, if can be of help. I’ve tried disabling them and nothing changes, however.

Actually, I tried disabling each and every plugin in my website (with woo commerce and payments gateways as exception), but didn’t solve.

What could be wrong? Could you please help me? I tried also re-registering my domain through settings, and on the stripe dashboard it appears as enabled.

Previously, I had the official WooCommerce Stripe Gateway and ApplePay was working correctly, computing also the correct shipping costs. But I don’t want to go back because I’m thinking of enabling Klarna.

Forcing upgrades is not what we want

Sorry but permanently forcing users of “free plugins” to upgrade to paid versions is not what is needed when trying out or using them.

I definately understand that also developers have to make a living and get paid for their (often awesome) work. But to have a good financial strategy is as nessesary as to program reliable and functioning plugins.

Regrettably Formidable Forms is using this “forcing users strategy” (as many other developers these days too). But i am sorry but this is not what i expect if something is offered “to be used for free”!

I will NOT pay for anything that i cannot check and test 100%.
Ok, if some functions are lets say “reserved” for the paying customer at first, i will accept that. But limiting down all nessesary functions for only paid versions aint the way to go.
If i LIKE a plugin i will pay for it nevertheless. But to be permanently forced to do so makes me regret using it.
Erased the free version and never get back to it again. Sorry.

Hi, my website shows a problem on the woocommerce mini cart.

The mini cart is inserted via the woocommerce cart menu widget in the site header.

If the Litespeed Cache plugin is activated, the mini cart always appears empty and even if you add products to the cart it does not update.

While if I deactivate the plugin, everything works correctly.
