When I send the email with payment link to my customer, the payment page says ‘no payment method available’.
However, a normal checkout works fine
What can cause this?
kind regards

]]>I set up my WooCommerce store and manually added my first order on the wp/woocommerce dashboard on the ‘orders’ tab. I selected ‘send order details to customer’ and am hoping the order along with a payment link has been emailed…
how can I check to see if an email has been sent with the payment link? I don’t want to disturb the customer with an unnecessary second email asking if they received a payment link.
Hope that makes sense. Thanks so much!
]]>I am attempting to use a custom order status which preserves the ‘Customer Payment Page’ link. Similar to the the default order status of ‘Pending Payment’.
When creating a new custom status there is an option for ‘Paid Status’ which is disabled. I was expecting this to behave similar to that of ‘Pending Payment’ if it is disabled but it seems to have no effect and is treated like a ‘Completed’ status?
How might I use your plugin to create a status which preserves the payment link?
]]>Unfortunately, the shipping cost from the printing house is quite high for these international orders. To address this issue, I have decided to order a few books myself and personally deliver them to customers who live far away.
To facilitate this process, customers can fill out a form with their details, and I will calculate the shipping cost for them. Then, I will provide them with a payment link for the total amount. This method seems like the simplest way to handle the situation.
I am wondering if WooCommerce could be a suitable platform for implementing this solution. If it is, what specific features or settings should I consider? Alternatively, if there is a better and simpler solution available, I would appreciate any recommendations or suggestions.
]]>When I send an invoice to a customer for a subscription order, the customer receives an email with a payment link. When the customer clicks the link he gets redirected to the checkout process (ref: woocommerce-subscriptions\woocommerce-subscriptions\vendor\woocommerce\subscriptions-core\includes\class-wcs-cart-renewal.php). When I send an invoice to a customer for an order with simple products, the customer receives an email with a payment link. When the customer clicks the link he gets redirected to the account page with a payment form. Is there a way to handle simple products orders the same way as subscription orders?
Thank you
Mirco
I have checked the email config within WooCommerce Emails and it shows this:
“To pay the remaining amount, please visit the following link {awcdp_payment_link}”
So, the code seems to be there, just doesn’t appear in the email.
Anyone had this issue?
]]>I’m having a bit of trouble with my site and I thought it best to turn to people who will know more about it than me!
Basically, I am using the WooCommerce Deposits/Partial Payments plugin, and when I send customers their partial payment link, the link is taking them to a blank checkout.
https://www.cherrytopweddings.com/df480-checkout/order-pay/4558/?pay_for_order=true&key=wc_order_OVFI7zi0hFL55&payment=second_payment
As far as I am aware, the link is structured as it should be, the only point to note being that this is the second payment for order #4556, so should it be 4556-2 in the URL?
I am using Sagepay/Opayo as the payment gateway.
Any help/ideas would be greatly appreciated.
