]]>In addition to my issue above, it seems like this issue may be isolated to the checkout page. I still see (and am able to use) the PayPal button on the cart page without issue.
I should also mention that initially, we had the WooCommerce subscriptions extension enabled but even when deactivating the extension briefly, we still see the same results. I am at a loss.
Here is an image of what I am seeing:
When the page loads, I see a place order button for a brief second and then disappears, leaving me with what you see above. It is certainly an odd issue and I am looking to see if you can provide some troubleshooting steps or advice on how to resolve this issue.
Even when I enable the wallet as a payment option or allow partial payments, I still cannot proceed.

]]>Sorry for the double support tickets but it’s not quite a 1 ticket sort of question. I was testing out a live payment and was able to get it to go through however, since I’d managed to run the checkout time down a fair bit the payment went through but the confirmation returned to the site after time out meaning I never got any tickets. Can you let me know if there’s any way to protect against this for example, pausing the checkout timer when the plugin has sent the user to the payment page?
Thanks for your help,
Amias
]]>A customer booked a seat but didn’t pay immediately.
When I resend the booking link, the payment (PayPal) icon with the link is missing, even though the payment status is still “Proceeding”.
Can you please advise on this issue so that he can pay for the booking?
Best regards.
