Want submitted forms to send to email with all the details on it

Basically what I want is to be able to create a fillable PDF that clients can then submit, and it will automatically send to my mail.

Rather than the PDF, I created a couple forms with Formidable but when submitted and sent to my inbox, it just lists the information that the client’s written in the box, but not the rest of the HTML text or other headings.

Is it possible to send the form to my email fully, with all the questions, text, details on the same page. Ideally I could print out these responses.

Hi folks

My clients have sent me over an interactive PDF where their customers will fill in a form before downloading.

Your plugin loads the document perfectly however when clicking to fill in the form it changes page instead. Can someone assist, please?

Hello. Not sure this is the right forum. I am looking for a WordPress plugin that displays a PDF form online in a website page, where a visitor can fill the form and click send to send the pdf form to an email. Or an alternative plugin that will generate the filled PDF form and email it.

Any advice, suggestions are welcome!

i need to find a solution to print a forms output into a PDF that either will be send to the user who filled out the form or that can be downloaded (or something similar)

1: I researched and found Gravity PDF but i am not sure if understood correct.
I need Gravityforms (60$) as a basis to put Gravity PDF onto. Correct?
Is there a way to test it in advance?

2: Do you have a recommendation for another solution?

Can anyone assist me with this problem, I want to have a PDF form on my website for people who visit the site to fill out and to then submit or print off. But I also want to capture everything in the pdf forms into a table in my database. How do I go about creating the pdf form and adding these functionalities?
