First of all, thank you for the great plugin. I have used it for a couple of months without issue.
I recently changed the permanent link structure to custom. It is /my-slug/%postname%/ now, and /mein-slug/%postname%/ on the other page.
The author page at mywebsite.com/en/my-slug/author/authorname is not linked to mywebsite.com/de/mein-slug/author/authorname.
I have checked the msls rewrites settings. It seems that the posts slug cannot be modified there. However, the products slug took the value from products page’s permanent link.
If any one can show me how to fix this, that would help me a lot. Thank you and have a good day.
Regards,
Vincent
]]>How can I solve this issue?
]]>After I uploaded the files, accessed the website, and entered my credentials, I visited the main page of the site. I soon learned that all the permalinks had “index.php” in them (e.g., https://www.example.com/index.php/2021/10/09/hello-world/). Since this would be a step backward for WordPress, I was wondering if anyone knew why this was happening and how I can fix it. Will a fresh install be best?
My Web host said it’s possible WordPress now writes URLs this way, given they’ve had a number of recent major updates. So maybe my inclination is wrong and this is how WordPress works now.
I ask if it’s best to do a clean install in the event this behavior indicates there may be more problems with the install.

]]>I noticed that permanent link changes over time.
Background: I have products under multiple categories. And Permanent link uses “category” as baseline for each URL. Lets say my product belongs to cat1 and cat2, so permanent links is either: mysite/cat1/product or mysite/cat2/product
Issue 1) I am not being able to choose whether permalink is “mysite/cat1/product” or “mysite/cat2/product”. Can this be configured somewhere in the plugin?
Issue 2) For the same product, permalink was at first “mysite/cat1/product” and after some time it turned to be “mysite/cat2/product”. I think this happens when I update something related to categories (name, add another category, etc).
Is this normal behaviour? Any help to avoid this?
Thanks!
]]>i hope anyone can help me. My problem is the following:
When i upload a new image to Media Library, it will automatically upload and save on an Https://… URL
and at the same time will create a permanent link on a Http://… without “S” , so when trying to display the image it will be blank because it doesn’t find it as link says an URL but is saved on another URL.
I hope you can understand me, i need to have the image saved on https://… and create permanent link on https:// so there is no issue with URL
You can check image of what i say here: https://imgur.com/a/8GSpJ
I need to find out why WP is saving on “https” by default in stead of an simple http, where do i say this to WP?
Thanks in advanced!
Carl.
]]>Sorry if this problem has already come up, I searched the posts on the forum but couldn’t find the same as what’s bothering me.
I don’t know how to hide the 2 links at the bottom of my posts that say “Categories : unclassified” and “Permanent link”. I’d like to get rid of them because I don’t have categories (just the default unclassified category) and it doesn’t seem very “clean”.
I’m not sure what the Permanent Link is for, as it just sends me to the top of my post page.
Here is a link to a post for example : https://qui-contacter.com/pokemon-go/
Sorry if my English is not great.
Thanks for any help !
