You need a higher level of permission.
Sorry, you are not allowed to create posts as this user.
In the left WP panel under Foogallery, there is no Gallery Selection for me to see existing galleries or create new ones. I’ve deactivated and reactivated Foogallery and I’ve signed out and back in as administrator, all to no avail. The album creator role is set to Editor, but I don’t see one for Gallery Creator.
I understand that one can use either of your Permissions or Capabilities plugins to change how users with author rights can manage their own or others’ series, but there is no documentation on how to use either for this. I have only found these two threads (1, 2), and no documentation on your site.
]]>I’m asking because I’m setting up a community fiction site for other users to post on (alongside BuddyPress and bbPress), and multiple posts are episodic. And I’m trying to use Permissions and/or Capabilities to limit those with author rights (I’m using Molongui) to only manage/add to/create/delete/see their own series (I’m also having issues with this as well). And I’ve seen other community user-created fiction sites with a series feature that includes associated authors and tags. Is this possible?
This is also an adult site which I’m not comfortable linking to publicly, but I am willing to PM the developer if requested.
]]>Shortly after that, the admin navigation shows less menue elements and then I get this message when I try to open the admin login page:
You do not have sufficient permissions to access this admin page.
Reason: The user (here stands my login email) doesn’t have the “read” capability that is required to access the “Dashboard → Home” menu item.
What do I have to do to regain access to my page?
Thanks!

Is there a way to give users permission to just view the email log (not manage any settings of Post SMTP). This is something that would be very helpful so people managing user interactions can view what has been sent to the user.
Thanks.

Is there a way to give users permission to just view the email log (not manage any settings of FluentSMTP). This is something that would be very helpful so people managing user interactions can view what has been sent to the user.
Our current SMTP plugin doesn’t allow for this, but it’d be a compelling reason to switch to FluentSMTP if it does.
Thanks.
]]>I have create a paid membership role who’s name Vip, i have attribuate it to an account for test but when the account who have a good role is connected he do not see the limited content (need vip), that only work when i delete all cache of my site but is the user disconnect and re connect its the same issue he do no see again the content. I found out that when I give the user role the permission ‘manage_options’ then all settings are visable, but I don′t prefer this way.
Is there a chance to reduce the permission right from ‘manage_options’ to ‘edit_posts’ ?
Hope for your reply.
Best,
