Logo, thumbnails and photos not loading + mobile menu issue

Hi, I have discovered some issues with my site. I’m the using Generatepress (Avery) theme.

The thing is, when I’m navigating the site while logged in to my admin account in my regular browser, everything looks fine.

But when trying to load the page with another Chrome profile (where I’m not logged in), the site seems broken in several ways.

First of all the logo and the thumbnails aren’t loading at all. Also when entering an article, only sometimes will the featured images and blog photos load.

I first thought this could be an issue with either Litespeed Cache or Perfmatters plugins I’m using, as I had lazy loading of photos activated. I then tried to deactivate both of these plugins and see if it helped, but it didn’t. I also cleared Cloudflare cache to no avail.

In addition to this issue, I’ve also noticed that my site sometimes isn’t loading properly on mobile. Sometimes there will only be text loading (no design at all). And when the design is showing, the mobile menu isn’t working. Nothing happens when clicking it.

So I’m wondering what on earth can be causing all these issues, and how come I only notice them when I’m not logged in as admin? I’m not sure how long this has been going on, but now I’m wondering if all visitors to the site are experiencing these issues and how long it’s been going on.

Any help would be great, as I really need this fixed to make the site usable.

Pictures not loading on post & layout is miss-placed

Hello,

I spent quite a few hours working on a post on my page. From the back end, the layout looked seamless and the photos were perfect. When I published the format shifted and the photos didn’t show up. I’m just getting blank boxes.

Can someone guide me on how to fix this? It has never happened to me before. FYSA, I am fairly new to WordPress and blogging so the most simple directions would be of great hep. Many, many thanks.

Can anyone please help. I’ve noticed recently that images don’t appear to be loading properly on my website. I have also encountered this problem viewing other blogs. I have looked at my site on several different computers and images still don’t seem to be loading correctly? Any ideas why?

Hello. I just updated my website with a new template, and have upgraded WordPress to 4.9.1. I had your plugin installed on my old template and it worked beautifully. However, on the new template with the WordPress update, the photos are no longer loading from my SmugMug site. I am using this string in the shortcode:

photonic type=’smugmug’ view=’album’ album=’C532PV’ columns=3 count=20 start=1

I have divided this into 3 pages with 20 photos per page. These loaded very quickly on my old site.

I just reactivated my old theme on the new WordPress, and the photos load. So I’m guessing there’s a conflict with my new theme. Could you please take a look and see if you can tell what the problem is? Thanks!

Photos not showing in posted article

Hi,
I’ve been having problems over the last two weeks with a number of photos not showing in published articles. They show up in the “Edit Post” version, but not in the “View Post” mode. And it’s not all the photos within an article, either, just some. The blue caption with its text remains, but the photo itself is gone. Sometimes, there is simply a narrow rectangular white frame where the photo should be. I’ve shrunk the file sizes, I’ve deleted my cache, I’ve disabled a Super Cache plug-in after reading a thread in the WP Support forum, but nothing helps. I should add that I’m using Chrome (and I’ve deleted my cached images from the browser).

Most important fact, though, is that I have **NO** knowledge of how to fiddle about with plug-ins, technical stuff, code, or anything else. NONE. I might as well be a newborn. So, please, if you have any ideas or suggestions that might help, please explain it like you would to a complete idiot. lol. Seriously, though, I don’t know what I will do if the proposed solution is to go through all my plug-ins and individually disable them. Not that I have many. I only have a few, in addition to the usual SEO stuff or JetPack, but the thought of fiddling about with the programs terrifies me and I know I will somehow end up accidentally deleting my entire site. I’ve inadvertently made major screw-ups in the past when trying to fiddle with things.

So, please, is there something other than emptying caches or deleting plug-ins which may help? I’m at my wits end at this point. :'( Perhaps some one from WP Support can have a look at my site and see if they can fix things behind the scenes?

Hi there, I’m very beginner user. I installed “Album and Image Gallery plus Lightbox”, i have created several albums that id like to have them displayed in the simplest way possible in my GALLERY page, after adding code [aigpl-gallery-album], albums display properly but when clicking an single picture not only that Lightbox is not opening, its freezing my web browser. Same happened on few computers and my mobile phone.

Hello! I’m loading photos and just received this message for some photos:
“DSC_0767.jpg” has failed to upload due to an error
File is empty. Please upload something more substantial. This error could also be caused by uploads being disabled in your php.ini or by post_max_size being defined as smaller than upload_max_filesize in php.ini.”

What does this mean? I am going through HostGator. When I signed up, I told them that I would be loading a lot of photos for my jewelry/products, so I think they gave me enough…
Please let me know what I need to do when you get a chance.

Year old Photos not showing in my posts.

I moved my site from wordpress.com to www.ads-software.com last November. When I moved it over, ALL of my content was visible and there were no problems. All of a sudden, my older photos (archived MAY 2014 and earlier) are mot visible on my site. They are however visible in the Media Library. Is there a quick way to fix this? I’m a bit of a novice when it comes to code, and apprehensive about messing anything up.
I often refer back to older posts so this creates a problem for me. Please help me if you can.
