How to find Woocommerce Product Additional Information in the database?

I’m working on a WordPress website that has lots of Woocommerce products. I can’t add a link to the site because the site is not live at the moment. I use the Product Additional Information section to list the different sizes of the products. I just noticed that I have made a mistake with many of the sizes and need to make the same change to a large number of products. I was going to write some code to do this task but firstly I need to find this data in the database, but I can’t find it. I’ve searched online but can’t find the answer. I’ve searched through wp_posts and wp_postmeta but it doesn’t seem to be there.

To be clear, I’m searching for a block of text/html in the WordPress database that includes the Product Additional Information that I added in the Edit Product page of each product. Where can I find this data?

WP is installed but asks to install again

Basically I use xampp for my wordpress site and I am working on it locally (localhost). And everything was fine and I finished working on it closed apache and mysql. The next day when I sat to work on it again it was asking me to install wordpress.

Also for some reason I saw that when I press at a table in phpmyadmin it says “Table doesnt exist in engine”.

I saw many suggestions about this which I tried.

-> One of them being the host having a limited amount of queries but I am using localhost so therefore this does not apply to me right.?

-> Table prefix in wp-config.php is correct and matches all tables in phpmyadmin.

->I copied backup into the data of mysql and still the same. ( and also tried doing it without copying ibdata1)

Please tell me what can I do it’s alot of my work that I did..

I have a connection issue with the Enquiry page mentioned when selecting that page it redirects, we are on the process transferring the domain to our server and for time being till the transfer request has been submitted we are fixing any issues on the site.

PHPMyAdmin wp_usermeta problem

Good day

When I create a new user in WordPress the following happens:

In WordPress > Users: the username, name and email address do not appear. The email that arrives to announce the new user shows the username and email address as blank.
PHPMyAdmin > wp_users: shows the new user details as per normal
PHPMyAdmin > wp_usermeta: does not display the new user at all

Any advice in this regard will be appreciated. Thank you!

Backup restore problem with DB

I’m having serious problems restoring some sites of mine in wordpress. My SysAdmin has been trying to solve it for almost two weeks without results, he said to ask WordPress support for help.

So I’m here requesting your support. Let me try to explain the issue that I’m facing on this server:

I have some (updated) WordPress sites hosted on this server, one time that I was working on one of them, I needed to restore a backup from a previous day, that normally restores the site to a working version. I started to notice the issue from this day, this because the backup restore was successful but the site didn’t work as expected.

For example, I did some tests and tried to disable 3 plugins that were always enabled in previous backups. Then, I did a backup restore from the previous day I noticed that the plugins were still disabled!

In another test, I disabled all the plugins from my WordPress site, and after, I tried to do a cPanel backup restore from an older date, March 17, it was supposed to have my plugins active again, correct? I have used WHM/cPanel for almost 20 years and it always works like that. Because when we do a backup restore, he restores the files and databases as well. The problem is that the backup restore from March 17 had all the plugins disabled… and on that day, March 17, I only had one or two plugins disabled, not all of them. I have this issue happening in 3 accounts on this server. This makes me think that the backup restore is not working fine

I contacted cPanel support and they gave me this report:

“When reviewing the reported behavior, I found that the MySQL database information is being restored without an apparent issue. The plugin configurations are stored in the wp_options table and when querying this table post restore we can see that it matches the backup data.

Comparing the two we can see that the listed plugins match with the backup.

This indicates there is not an issue with the database restore, but this behavior may have changed in WordPress. Are you able to identify any variances between the backup data and the database post restoration?

The interface shows the test plugins as still disabled despite being listed in the database. I attempted to identify any changes or matching reports of this behavior with an online search, but I was unable to identify a cause for this change in behavior. For confirmation, we would advise reaching out to the WordPress support forums for further discussion.

No access to wp-admin, need to edit homepage text. Is it in a database?

My site got infected with malware so my host shut down wp-admin access. While waiting for malware to be removed I have a very urgent need to add some text to the homepage. (The homepage still loads.)
I think I originally entered the text on the homepage thru the Highlight/Mesmerize admin area, which I can’t get to now since I don’t have wp-admin access.

Where is that text stored? Does highlight/mesmerize have its own database? I can use PhpMyAdmin to edit text thru the backend, directly editing a database record, thus this seems the best way to add text to my homepage. I don’t think my homepage is a Post / Page. I think it was created using Highlight/Mesmerize settings.

My site is malfunctioning due to malware, so while it is being removed I need to edit my homepage. I can’t access my wp-admin, but I can access phpmyadmin, and there I found the table with all my posts (including pages). I searched “home” and I searched the name of my website and I searched words that appear near the top of the page, but I’m not finding the homepage. I have 1500 posts. I can sort by post type, but still … is there a way to find the page without opening all the ones for which there is not a clear name indicating that’s not the one?

I viewed the source and searched for things like “post-id” and “page”, and found a number (post-id=4002) but that’s not the right number.

Two Different Database Passwords

Hi, all

My host screwed up my server migration, so now I have a couple of plugins that don’t work properly.
The only thing I can see that’s wrong is that I have a different database password in my wp-config.php file than in mySQL in hPanel (the host’s cPanel).

If I change either of them to match the other, I’m then locked out of WP Admin.

This seems to be very unusual, as I can’t find any mention on Google of a fix!
Any ideas, anyone?
