Uploading a Background Header Using the Pinnacle Theme

I downloaded the Pinnacle Theme by Kadence Themes. For the header they use an image titled demo_header_01.jpg, with dimensions of 2000×800. Under Appearance, Customize, I could not find where the image was placed or where I could change the header. I found options for the logo, which I placed in but not for the background header. I then went to the folder that all the files were in for the theme and found the background image, demo_header_01.jpg. I then took the photo I wanted as the background and renamed it as above. Instead of it replacing the demo photo, instead it made it so both of them showed up in the header, and the new photo I placed in was mainly cut off, peaking up through the bottom. I even tried opening a photoshop document and created a document 2000×800 and placed the image in and made it so it filled the space. However, it took way too long to process so I cancelled it.
How can I properly change the header? Is there a way to change the header of the Pinnacle Theme using (Appearance, Customize)? Please help me, thank you.

Adding Fonts into WordPress with the Pinnacle Theme

I downloaded the theme Pinnacle by Kadence Themes. I want to add custom fonts into WordPress so I can add them into the theme, using the tools provided by Pinnacle such as (ex. by going to Appearance, Theme Options, Typography). I’ve been researching, trying to find a way to add fonts into WordPress. I found videos on adding them from google fonts and squirrel fonts, however I have a specific font I want to use called Stencil, which is an otf. I found a couple videos talking about using a plugin called Use Any Font, however it requires one to buy the API code, which is $10 in order to be able to use the plugin. Is there a way around this? How can I install custom fonts that will work with the Pinnacle Theme? How do I install custom fonts into WordPress for free? Please help me, thank you.

Page Header Default Background

What is the correct size image to upload for the page header default background? No matter what size image I use, the resulting image is zoomed in, blurry, or only shows a very small portion of the image.

Under Theme Options >> Page Title – I have used the following settings: No Repeat; Inherit; Fixed; and Center Top.

I would like a crisp, clear image showing at its correct size, not a blurry one that only shows a tiny portion. Also, is there any way to make more of the image visible?

Pinnacle Theme update has crashed site

I have the Pinnacle theme installed on my website. It has been in use for about a year. The latest update 1.4.8 has reduced my site to a white page.

Is there a way I can reset this version to 1.4.7 until I can find out what is wrong or is this issue already in hand ?.
I have my site backed up if that is the only way to reset but will leave me the problem of farther updates.
Any help will be greatly appreciated

Trashes the Pinnacle theme

Just wanted to let you know that Ultimate Member doesn’t play well with my favorite theme, Pinnacle. The advanced styling in Pinnacle doesn’t work. When you deactivate UM the theme works just fine. I tell you this in the hope that this will one day be fixed.

I know that I was having problems with UM not playing well with WP-Courseware and I waited a few months and the problem disappeared. Thanks guys.

Submenu too far below main navigation

I have the Pinnacle Free version. The submenu in my Primary Nav menu opens too far below the link (www.datheatreboosters.org; hover over Donate). Anyway to fix this?

Hey! I’ve been getting an error on the shop page of my site:

My page is supposed to be displaying the category images as normal but this error is showing for all the images. How can I fix this? I think it is a theme issue but I am not sure. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Can't get text to appear in Call to Action slider in homepage

Hello,

I can’t seem to be able to get the text to show up in the Call-to-action field.
I’m no expert, but I have followed instructions all the way, and this seems to be the only problem I can’t get around (for now)..
I’ve tried resetting the field, but no luck, and this is the only idea I can think of at the moment.
I’m not proficient with CSS, so if you do have any suggestions in that direction, could you please write down the exact code for me to copy/paste?

Can anyone help?
I really need to launch my business’ website tonight/tomorrow, and this is the only thing getting in the way. (This is the address – www.limitedspacerecords.com – but unfortunately, as I mentioned, the site is not live yet)

Pinnacle Theme PORTFOLIO > YouTube Embed Code not Working

Hello developers!

I’ve been fiddling with he Pinnacle Portfolio options all morning, and I can simply not get the YouTube embed code to work.

I have tried the basic embed link, the Youtube short link, the regular link, using shortcodes. I have set the Portfolio item to “Video” … nothing seems to work. What am I doing wrong? ^^;
