Is there a way to designate a “Post” on my website to be sort of “pinned” to the top of my index, such that other posts that will then be done in the future are posted underneath this “pinned” one? Think similarly to how facebook and twitter allow this for Business/Organization Pages/Accounts on those two platforms.

I’m using WordPress 5.3.2 running Twenty Seventeen theme.

Post showing up as pinned post in mobile. But it was not pinned. How to fix it?

Hi I have a post showing up as a pinned post in mobile only, desktop it’s fine, but it is not a pinned post. It may have been at one time but is not now.

Post Says “Have a listen to our ADHD radio ad”

I have no stick post plugins.

Under Visibility: Public I do NOT have Stick this post to the front page checked off. The box is unchecked.

I have tried checking it off and saving it, then unchecking it and saving it and it still has not fixed the problem.

I’ve even installed another theme and it still has not fixed the problem.

I’ve gone through the customizr settings and there is nothing that I can see there that would make it a pinned post.

How do i fix this?

I’m working with a local history society who want to document historic buildings of interest in the area. I basically want to be able to label a specific address on a map with a pin and have pop-up give a brief summary which you can then click for in-depth info. Similar to this site:

I’ve tried a few plug-ins without luck, any suggestions?

I am wondering if there is a functionality that exists (in the free or advanced version) that allows you to choose specific posts to stay in one position. This would be an option you can turn on and off per post. The position in the feed would never change and any new posts would fill in around it.

I have a free account on WordPress.com (myblog.wordpress.com).

Now when i write any post it comes first. But i want one of my post which is about me to come first. And other post after it. I want to sticky or pinned that post. It always should remain first.

Is there any option to make it sticky. And other recent post comes after it.

I have done some research of it. And found from here https://redalt.com/wiki/Adhesive, you can download pugins.

But how to upload it in my free account. I don’t even see an option for “plugins” in the admin panel.
