Using shortcode to call templates causes error

As of the latest update (version 2.4.33), an error shows on our page.
The error is “You do not have permission to view this post.”
The amount of times this error message shows depends on how many templates are called in the page using a shortcode from this plugin.

Any update will be much appreciated.

Dreadful support. No response, apart from facebook message asking me to raise a ticket, but still nothing after four days. Ended up getting help from a coder to help sort form ID problem who had to write a programme to override theirs. A huge lesson learnt. Avoid.

It is useless to contact this support. If an answer comes, it is absolutely not useful. They don’t respond to the support requests, but answer useless stuff and refer to the instructions on their own site, which don’t help. Even the simplest questions cannot be answered properly. I have tried with 3 problems with the plugin and 3 times they have been incompetent. A plugin with such poor support is not useful for use on a live site.

Not compatible with JetEngine or Piotnet?

Hey there!
I installed the plugin as my goal is to restrict Administrator’s rights to not be able to read or edit the entries from Piotnet forms. I found the Form Database in the type-specific list: https://share.cleanshot.com/XW4Eps

But when I add it the Administrator and save (everything is unchecked):

I can still (as an Admin) see all entries, it didn’t seem to have any effect.

I then went on and tried with a CPT created with Jetengine (different plugin) and exactly same result, no effect whatsoever.

Does it mean that your plugin isn’t compatible with Piotnet or Jetengine?

Just a FYI, I’ve noticed that it appears the search box is hidden behind the date range field on the backend dashboard.

Appears therer’s a conflict of CSS somewhere between the Piotnet suite of plugins and it’s causing a positioning issue of the ‘dates’ field. Not sure if you want to update it on your end, but I’m raising this with Piotnet as well.

Wonderful form builder plugin

Been using Piotnet Form Builder for a couple of weeks now. It’s easy to use, but very powerful. I recommend watching some of the tutorials on YouTube for a quick start on understanding it.

I went with the Pro version, but it has far more features than I have had time to try out so far. So far so good though.

I had a reason to contact support recently and they were responsive and polite while fixing the issues I raised. Overall, I highly recommend this form builder at the current unlimited, lifetime price.

Anything on the horizon to support Piotnet Forms? Used this for Elementor Forms, and migrating to Oxygen and now have Piotnet Forms, so I’d like to continue to use this as it was a great resource.

The booking widget slot is not available even if the date is changed

In a test I am doing with the booking widget, I select the slot on a certain date and later that one slot is unavailable even if I switch to other dates. Why does it happen? Am I doing something wrong?
