Place Holder Text not translating

Hi Folks

We have a website with 2 languages (English & Spanish). We are using Polylang Pro which is working fine.

We have created contact forms for each language and translated the messages, and questions, etc.

However, the place holder for drop-downs “Please choose an option” cannot be translated, or at least we cannot see where it can be done as it is not being picked up the Polylang as plug-in strings.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Thanks for the really versatile and funtional form maker.

I am using this plugin on one of my webistes. Everything is working fine except for one thing.
I am not able to add placeholder text to telephone number field in one of the contact forms.

Can you please guide me on how to do that?

Field Description re-populates

The field description (placeholder text) re-populates when a change is made to the form, even after it’s been removed and saved. Steps to duplicate:

Create form with fields.
Delete field description text.
Save form.
Check form results. Field description will not appear.
View form in WP Admin. Field description text is back. If you update the form, it will be back on the front end as well.

Place Holder on Text area not working properly

Hi
Am making a new contact form but just noticed a problem on the Text Area. How can I add a Place Holder to it?

For now I set the Label Position to Inside Element…but the problem is that using,that the text inside appears darker than the other input fields.

Product Personalisation Place Holder

I love this plugin but I am having problems using the product personalisation field to allow customers to request a free sample via radio buttons.
It uses this option in the new product page:
Personalisation Options:
Users can personalize this Product by leaving a message on single product page
The results appear fine in the default Wp Ecommerce emails but there is no place holder for this field in the email customization screens for this plugin.
This fix would make this plugin perfect for my needs.

Thumbnails skipping a space

I am having an issue with my thumbnails skipping a place…like leaving a gap.

I have resized all images at one time then created new thumbnails all at the same time, and the spacing is fine. When I go to edit thumb to allow for the face to be shown, the spacing comes back.
