Issue Description

The “Place order” button on the checkout page occasionally disappears on iOS Safari.

Debugging Actions Taken So-Far

We’ve updated plugin versions relating to WooCommerce – no effect
We’ve updated the theme in-use to the latest version – no effect
We’ve turned off a custom checkout field plugin – no effect
We’ve disabled and re-enabled Mailchimp for WooCommerce (as it was showing an error in the console) – no effect
We’ve disabled the Apple Pay / Google Wallet feature entirely – no effect, although we did notice an issue with the Apple Pay button occasionally turning in to a card details form(?!)
We’ve disabled the Apple Pay / Google Wallet feature from the checkout page – no effect
We’ve debugged the issue on-device using Safari on a Mac tethered to an iPhone – noticed that when the issue happens a duplicate “Place order” button (with id=”placeOrder”) that is disabled briefly stays on screen before being removed from the DOM, on successful page loads the “Place order” button has an id=”place_order”.

I’m still actively trying to determine what is causing the issue, but I’m running out of debug paths; any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

The only error remaining in the console seems to be related to hcaptcha, my understanding is that this is Stripe, but it doesn’t seem to have any bearing on the issue – same errors in console whether the checkout page “Place order” button shows or not.

CHECKOUT PAGE DOESN’T WORK

In all my sites, no matter what WordPress theme is active, after the last update of the woocomerce plugin , and the last WordPress theme update, checkout page never finish to upload.

There is a loading icon displayed in the order details section avoiding to move forward to place the order.

Please help me!

Hello,

I want to know that if I integrate my wordpress website with Facebook for woocomerce then if a custom places order using “Pay on Facebook” .

Will I have to manage that order from fb manually? Or the order will be placed on my website and I have integrated my website with shipstation for the ease of shipments. So After integration with Facebook for woocomerce plugin. If someone place order directly on fb. Will that order be integraed to my shipstation via website or not?

“Place Order” button text not showing on checkout

When I activate the plugin, the “place order” button text is not showing, I also tried using the “Place order text” option in the plugin setting, but it is not showing any text too.

Stripe ‘Place Order’ button not functioning

Hey all, i’m having an issue with getting the payment processing working correctly on a wordpress site.

There seems to be a javascript error triggering that prevents the call from going through when the ‘Place Order’ button is pressed. Same error when the T&Cs checkbox is pressed too. The ‘myDropDown’ var is null.

I can’t locate the origin of this Javascript, but here is a snippet with the error in question:

It seems to be the theme or WP code for the mobile menu, but i’m unsure where to locate/fix/disable this portion of code. Any help would be appreciated!

Change hover properties of two buttons

Hello,

I would like the “Proceed to checkout” button on my cart page and the “Place order” button on my checkout page to both have the following hover properties:

background: #383;
color: black;
font-weight: 600;
font-size: large;

My problem is I can’t find the button names to assign them these properties. Can you please provide the CSS for these two buttons assigning the properties mentioned above?
