I have a website that runs with Polylang and three different languages. Each language (de, fr, it) has its own language files downloaded from GlotPress. When I open a page where the placeholder appears, the text is always in English. It does not change to any of the languages on the page.
I can’t find the text in the string translations of Polylang. My question is therefore, where can I translate the text so that it appears on the pages in the correct language?
Thanks!
]]>we use your plugin on almost all client sites and we are very satisfied. Now we have small problems so please help us to solve them.
The first problem is that the element “Product Categories” (Filter), text inside cannot be seen very well, as you can see in the picture it is somehow broken, why is that, how can we arrange to see the entire text (placeholder) inside the filter? (screenshot below).
Another problem is the “Price Slider” element, why can’t we see the whole numbers nicely, but it’s broken down to only 1 number/character, while here we always use 3 or 4+ digits (that is product minimal price)? How can we set the whole numbers to display here on the choosing part? (screenshot below).
Also, these problems are visible everywhere and on all devices, but we don’t know why. We didn’t touch anything, we always set it the same as for all sites, but only on this site we have these problems. Can you help us solve this somehow, it is important for the client, thanks in advance.

]]>I need help with adding padding to the left of my placeholder text as it doesn’t look good when the text is so close to the border.
I tried the following CSS – .
forminator-placeholder {padding: 5, 15, 5, 15px;};
but it didn’t work.
Thank you in advance!
]]>Thank you for this great plugin.
Can you please enable us to add placeholder text?
Thank you
Best regards,

Any help is appreciated!
Great Plugin to Use!
]]>Very useful plugin, thx!
I only found a little problem in CSS. When I use both the placeholder texts (remove add to cart and remove price) in Shop page the 2 placeholder texts are not into 2 different lines as they should be. They are inline and with no space between the 2 texts.
Do you know how to fix this?
If it can help, I’m using Astra theme.
Thank you
]]>2. Wrapping the placeholder text in quotes breaks the plugin. Example: “Select something”
3. Using HTML escape entities breaks the plugin. Example: Select something
]]>I would like to change the placeholder text for the event type dropdown menu. Currently, it is written as “Choose a event type…”, but that is incorrect grammar. It should say “Choose an event type…”. Can I somehow override the wp-event-manager-functions.php file so I can change that placeholder text? I know this is knit-picky but my client is definitely going to notice an error like that.
]]>My client is requesting that I change the “Search for events” placeholder text & “Find Events” button text on the Events page. There isn’t a way to do this in any of the Settings that I’ve found. Would this be a PHP back-end edit?
Thank you!
