Me again :-). Hope you’re well.
We created a new season, added the players and matches. We then put in goalscoreres and cards info as we have done with previous leagues and seasons, but for some reason on this particular season, there is no player stats being shown on the frontend.
We are using the shortcodes to display on a page built with Elementor, and here is one of the shorcodes:
[jsPlayerStat id ="13693" group_id="25" event="1" photo="0" teamname="1"]
Please could you assist me.
Thank you.
]]>e.g. Player A plays 3 games for Team A, runs for shows the runs scored in those 3 games. Player B plays all games for team A and runs for shows the total runs scored by Team A.
In order to calculate the percentage that Player A has scored for Team A, I cannot retrieve the full total of runs scored for Team A to calculate this statistic?
Hope this makes sense. Can anyone help?
]]>new season started and I realised, that player detail – stats section – is not automatically updated. I submitted new match event and I presume that this match will be automatically displayed in players stats. However I had to go to player detail and manually tick checkboxes for current season and select team for current season. Why, while player played matched in specific season and team?
Is there any option how to add new season on player stats overview automatically?
thanks
I’m in the process of laying the foundation for a site overhaul. Maybe in the future I’d like to use events to go with stats of results in previous years, but for now I wanted to over write the player stats in their profile pages to feed into player lists.
For example, if we check out the play profile link provided, I’ve entered in data for 2018 directly into the profile page. For 2019, I used an event for that information.
When going to the player list (DRIVERS) in the menu button, only the stats from the event feed in. Not what was entered on an player level. But then they show in the player profile?
What setting could I be missing?
Thanks!
]]>help – any suggestions?
]]>Example: I have 1 player that had only played 4 games for the team. I’m not sure why, but I manually entered totals for this player despite there being event data for the games he played. Anyway, when I look at his stats in a player list, everything is doubled – which makes sense since I manually adjusted his totals. So, the manually entered amount is being added to the calculated amount – i.e. he only played 4 games, but the list says 8.
So, to test this, I manually entered that he played 10 games. When I saved and refreshed the list, it now says he has played 14 games (the calculated 4 plus the 10 I manually entered).
Shouldn’t the 10 I manually entered override the calculated amount? If not, then what good is an editable field if it is going to be ignored?
