First just want to say how excited I am that a headache that I have been struggling with may finally be over with your plugin
I am using the Newspaper theme and was first using the Nelio external featured image plugin which they then discontinued and started using their new Nelio plugin and with some tweaks the featured images were working fine. But after finally updating the theme, the images no longer work specifically in the single post page.
Came across your plugin and I activated it along side Nelio and noticed that the image showed up on the problem area (single post page). I now have hope.
I then deactivated Nelio and of course all of the site images are gone but a new post worked perfectly. I noticed in your plugins troubleshooting area you have a SQL command but when i ran that command i got an error message. Noticed that the prefix had to be changed to match ours for wp-postmeta and ran the command again and it ran but 0 rows inserted.
So a bit of a roller coaster lol, any help would be appreciated as I have hope that your plugin is going to fix this headache.
]]>At the start of the week, I updated a few plug-ins on my WordPress site, including the following two:
1. Gravity Forms Version 2.5 (Easily create web forms and manage form entries within the WordPress admin.)
2. WordPress Meta Data & Taxonomies Filter (MDTF) Version 2.2.4 (Powerful and Flexible Filter Tools. Let your clients find all things they are want with the ease on your site.)
When activated, MDTF prevents me from accessing the Forms dashboard in my admin account such that I cannot view entries or make any changes to the forms and their settings (The forms are still available on the website for visitors.) This is the message that I receive when trying to access my Forms dashboard: There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.
When I deactivate the MDTF plug-in, I am able to access the Forms dashboard.
However, deactivating the MDTF plug-in leads to an error at the following records collection: https://www.njchs.org/records/.
(Note: at the moment, the plug-in is activated as my team needs access to this collection. When deactivated, this is the message that appears: [mdf_results_by_ajax shortcode=”mdf_custom template=any/my_posts post_type=oral_history_records orderby=title order=asc page=1 per_page=12″ pagination=b])
Additionally, whether MDTF is activated or deactivated, when searching for and selecting an individual record through the search feature, I am redirected to an error page (e.g. https://www.njchs.org/oral_history_records/schroeder-mary-murphy/)

Site # 2 will no longer notify me of plug-in updates, etc. Site # 1 will.
Yesterday, I suddenly discovered I could no longer upload media. The file gets there but nothing ever happens with it. Site # 1 works as expected.
Site # 2 is slow to refresh pages. Site # 1 works as expected.
Site # 2 will halt in the middle of updating & I have to use the browser refresh to finish things up.
All this is in the admin area. The only thing noticeable on the front-end is the slow page refresh.
There are other minor annoyances which have crept in like plugins no longer working as expected.
I have tried disabling most of the plugins but that doesn’t seem to help.
Do I dump the database, wipe the site and start over? Since I have a another WP site hosted by GoDaddy under the same account, I’m not sure that this has anything to do with the server.
Any suggestions?

I have no access to any part of the site or admin (or source codes). How can I recover the site and prevent this happening again?

]]>wp_update_plugins
in the update.php file to get WP to stop the automatic updates for plugins? I got screwed when it updated Contact Form 7 without my knowledge. The rest of the subroutine looks like this:
function _maybe_update_plugins() {
$current = get_site_transient( 'update_plugins' );
if ( isset( $current->last_checked ) && 43200 > ( time() - $current->last_checked ) )
return;
wp_update_plugins();
Any help is appreciated.

This is happening with every plugin. I have not had this problem before. How can I fix it?
thx
